"We had a room in the Annex for 6pax. Nice and clean room. Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast. No problem with visible tattoes in the hotel, in the pool or at Emerald Beach. Would stay here again."

"Not as described by the advertisement! No pool bar, not clean beds , lot of nice people working but not with the essential for a five star hotel!! (Maybe 3star) No beach possibilities as the water was ‘dangerously’ as the employees said! So overall not as we expected! "

We loved the adults-only infinity pool and the luxurious spa with onsen and deep tissue massage – one of the best we’ve had. Every detail was flawless. We’re already planning to return for our anniversary."
