My mom has been here while transitioning during a move, and the staff are absolutely amazing and understanding of her cognitive issues. I really wouldn’t have had her stay anywhere else if they weren’t full for a couple of nights between her stays

Super friendly, made a reservation for my mom. Clean, quiet, they let my kids come visit her and have some fun at the pool!!!

They do not have an elevator and we werebon the 3rd floor. Next time we need the ground floor . Breakfast was excellence with lots of choice.

Receptionist was extremely rude! We arrived May 4th around 1am. Girl kept saying the reservation was not there with a horrible attitude. After a while of her making fun of the situation with another couple that was hanging out in the lobby I was able to prove her wrong! If you don’t want to work leave, there are people who would gladly take your job!

No Elevator. Carried Luggage up Three Flights of Stairs. Average Size Room. Watched a Drug Deal Transaction Happen in Front of Us. Watched Them Smoke the Drugs in the Vehicle Next to Us. Mold in the Bathroom. Smells Like Cigarettes in the Non-Smoking Room. Bed and Pillows are Hard and Uncomfortable.

Great check in and right off freeway for easy access which of course comes a bit of noise as a trade off but that’s ok. It’s right beside a beautiful Yakima greenway so we took a 25 km bike ride along there right from the hotel and next door to Denny’s for supper so very convenient.

I stay here often because it's only minutes away from my son's dad's house, it's familiar, never had any issues staying here. Wish they had a hot tub, but other than that it was good :)

Our room stunk bad and the window would not open. Walls are thin, neighbors were loud. Bathroom was in disrepair. Swimming pool wasn't heated. Interior hallway smelled like cigarettes.

Started off with not having paid for double queen. Single queen for 4 people. Also this is a homeless qualified hotel. Homeless are lined up inside and outside waiting for their government provided stays. Drugs needles in parking lot and the smell of weed is intoxicating. Literally. It smelled like wet dog and lots of weed. Not a place for families. Pool is indoor but not heated etc. they were kind and refunded our money when my daughter started having instant allergies in the room.

Hotel was fine with waffles or cereal for breakfast. Biggest complaint was the indoor pool thermostat was set on 40 degrees so water was so cold nobody could swim which was why we stayed there.

The pictures are obviously from 10 years ago, at least. This is an old hotel, that used to allow smoking and it shows everywhere. Bathrooms are original, TVs are small and limited channels, beds and linens are old (with cigarette burns). Wont be going back.

I cannot speak enough about how friendly the staff were at this property, they were amazing. The room itself was a bit musty when we got there, and the key card reader on our room didn't work right away, but the staff were super courteous and kind, and the place felt safe and clean, for the most part.

The room was just really filthy. Boogers wiped on the walls. Body fluids on the mattress protector. Everything was dusty. The heater didn’t work either. The management had the cleaning staff re-clean the room and gave me a discount, but it was awful to have to experience that. After they cleaned the room, they didn’t even remember to give me a new top sheet. If there had been other hotels with vacancies I would have been out of there. And most of the exterior doors were malfunctioning so I had to use a door where I had to walk a really long distance to reach the room. I’ve never left a bad review before, but this place earned it.

Set the air unit in the room at 60 and was hotter than you know what, kept turning it down and didn't improve. Breakfast room was out of some of the food both times we went down to try to get something to eat, gave up and went out for breakfast.

While the staff were kind and helpful the facilities are abhorrent. The AC is moldy and I assume in an attempt to cover that smell a cloying cleaner/perfume has been shoved in the vents w/cotton. The bed spread had a burn hole, the pool was closed, and folks were loud all night. Perhaps I got what I paid for, but I left early and will never return.

I like this hotel. Friendly staff, decent accommodations at a good price. Walking distance to dining. Easy access to freeway. Cant complain about the breakfast. The waffle was great.
