«Please be aware that if you're even 5 minutes late with checkout they will charge you a huge amount in penalty fee. It's according to their own guidelines which we as a guest should be aware of beforehand, but there's absolutely no sense of "omotenashi" here. Rooms were also super small, and not what you would expect from a 4 star property. »

«Excellent. Would stay again»

«Good room. But the alarmnoise from the parking lot at street level is unbearable over time. Its an alarm everytime a car is passing the Gates.»

«The value of the hotel is great. It has just what you need and the rooms are clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. I was walking out the door on a rainy day and one of the staff members stopped me and gave me an umbrella to borrow while I was out. I would recommend to anyone. The hotel was a short walk from the train station which made it easy to get around the city.»
