Slapp av i master suite med en king size-seng, en sovesofa med dronning, eget bad og egen inngang. Ovenpå, gjemt under takskjegget, er to soverom til. Den ene har en king size-seng som kan deles i to tvillinger, og en TV (perfekt for barna) og den andre en dronning seng med havutsikt! Hvis du har små som liker å køyre det, vil et søtt lite køyeseng i hovedetasjen, med egen TV, tilby dem sitt eget private rom! Familietid kan tilbringes sammen i den fargerike, men koselige stuen med havutsikt og peisovn, perfekt for de kjøligere kveldene. Et stort spisebord er et fantastisk sted for familiens måltider eller å spille brettspill. Om morgenen kan du nyte en rolig kopp kaffe ved kjøkkenbordet og se etter hvaler og fiskebåter ute på havet. A beautiful site older home right on the beach just a couple property management issues 1 dishwasher didn’t work but according to guest book handnt worked since may ?? Lights flicker on and off over dining room table so couldn’t use it ….trash so full we couldn’t take out our trash. Totally a great beach experience

Great beach location! Cozy home with a beautiful beach out front. Very clean house and hot tub . Property management was very helpful with a few issues that arose during our visit. The only comment I would make is the queen bedroom at the top of the stairs has no door so if you have people staying in the other bedroom at the top of the stairs (king bedrooms) they walk right into this bedroom every time they enter/exit their bedroom. We brought room divider to provide privacy . Also the upstairs king bedroom mattress is extremely extremely soft . Our group had a good time!

Family reunion vacation

I rented this wonderful beach cabin, for myself and 9 others. The location was perfect, near towns but not in one. Great access to the beach and plenty of parking for the three vehicles we brought. House has a lived in feel, and was just what we were looking for in a rental. Two things to know. The house is not new, so there is some wear and tear, but nothing that was close to a deal breaker. The other is that I had my grandmother here and she had a hard time with some of the multilevel areas of the house, and her bed was a bit high off the ground for her (this was no fault of the property or management) we just found her a step to use while here. The WiFi worked great, the dining area fit all of us for meals and games. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay!

For property management: Thanks for your great communication. Access to ALL the listing information such as rules, guidelines, instructions and check-out would have been appreciated earlier than received. Usually VRBO has it readily available but with a third party manager it became confusing.For future guests: PRO'S: - Hot tub was very clean and hot when we arrived. Very helpful- Beds are soft but very comfortable. - plenty of towels - plenty of hot water in the showers/bath- kitchen utensils, accessories, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, bakeware - all were plentiful. Nice sharp knivesj- heat in each of the bedrooms worked well for each individual room- access to the beach and the view are wonderful. CONS:- there is NO STREET NUMBER visible at the hwy (which is moving pretty fast) OR on the house so whether you have the right driveway or not is a bit of a crap shoot- no basics for cooking such as oil, flour, sugar, seasonings... other than salt and pepper. - the can opener was useless and needs replacing- the heat in the living/dining area wasn't working properly so use of the fireplace to keep the space comfortable was a necessity- The foosball table is not safely usable as only about half the handles have their covers. Overall this was a lovely stay and we would stay again. RECOMMENDATION: Do not miss out on the best seafood in the area - eat at Luna's! What a treat. It's small and seating is outside, but covered and heated. AMAZING!

Great place on the beach!

This is a great rental on the Oregon coast. Very clean and tastefully furnished, great view of the ocean with beach access, and a hot tub where you can watch the sunset over the Pacific. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of towels.

Good time at Vibrant Seas

Overall impression was good. The house is VERY hard to find because there is no number on the road or the house. Several unpleasant issues came up. 1. Misrepresentation of bunk bed room. This is NOT meant for adults. It is a windowless small closet with 2 mattresses cantilevered over each other. 2.dishes were dirty 3. Access to the beach was broken and very difficult to manage 4. On the positive side, the hot tub was clean and wonderful! 5. Loved having a washer and dryer!

Benefit of the doubt turned to justified disappointment

We tried to love our stay. We really did. When we first arrived, we noticed the art, the kitschy decor and the beautiful view. We also truly enjoyed the direct access to the beach. But that is about where the joy ended. The amount of dirty/sticky/unkept surfaces and things we found, surpassed the “well it’s a VRBO so you can’t expect hotel quality” and turned into “this is gross”. Almost every surface (tables, chairs, counters) were sticky, almost as if they had been doused in chemical cleaner spray and never fully washed out & dried. Many of the dishes were dirty with dried food in some ramekins, or sticky with grease. We used the electric griddle and it had old grease in the grease tray. The blue couch is stained/needs to be steam cleaned. I feel a lot of the issues could be avoided if quality cleaning supplies were available, as the soaps, paper towels, toilet paper and hand soaps were watered down to the point of being useless or so thin, they just broke down when trying to wipe down surfaces. For what we paid per night (and after an amazing experience at another VRBO costing us less per night!) we feel totally shortchanged in the expectation verses the reality.

Beauty, Character, Great Location

If you're looking for straight lines, everything perfect and in its place, this place is not for you. If you're looking for character in a comfortable, family friendly house, this place is definitely for you! We comfortably slept 8 full size humans in this space. The twin bed room is a bit questionable on space, but was perfect for our teen boy. The sofa bed as well as the queen bed did not have a ton of privacy. The two king bed rooms were beyond beautiful and comfortable. This house is lived-in, but clearly well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub with the view of the beach. The short skip to the beach was incredible! Highly recommend this property.

Great location, ocean view and plenty of room

Location between Florence and Yachats made it easy to see the sites along the coast. House pros: plenty of room, towels, pillows and hangers which isn’t always the case. Nice view of the ocean from living room to just sit and relax, nice access to the beach which wasn’t crowded at all. Con’s: Driveway is not marked very well so it’s hard to see off the highway, especially at night. The yard is very lumpy and really hard to walk on to get to steps to the beach. Thick mattress toppers on king beds were way too soft, you sink in and can hardly move. Toaster and ice maker broken and so was vanity in master bath. Notified property mgr. Overall it was a nice relaxing place to stay, just showing it’s age a little.

Perfect Private Getaway

This house has private beach access with a beautiful view of the ocean. While there are neighbors on both sides there is quite a lot of space between the properties to make it feel like you have your own private beach! The beds were very comfortable with high-end linens. The communal space was ample for our family of 8 people. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is not safe,dirty and outdated.

When we arrived at the property there was no numered address sign. The front door seal must be broken as the glass was full of water vabor. The code they gave me was only 3 digits and with the terrible WiFi connection it took us over anhour to connect with someone to hlep us. They forget the first number of my cell phone and thee was no information as to that was the code. When we finally got not the house it was not at all what the pictures show. The step into the master bedroomj hasa gap between the floor and the stepinto the room. My tow got caught in thhe gap Iand I ttok a fall. The stepup from what was once a subfloor into the main room was a big step no hand rail. There was not hand rail up the steps to the bedroom s on which had no door. The VERY small bunk room ws not safe a big step down and no railing or ladderto the beds. The TINY basthroom did not have any hand supports in the shower and the shower curtian had black mold on the bottom. That was to be the main bathroom VERY VERY small to be the main one. The Only one wing back chair and the cushion was balled up and the back was coovering was coming off on the back. The little two person sofa was stained and under the red sofa there was food not cleaned up. The hide a bed is old and had no linens. The yard was full of holes so it was not safe to play any games on and the side yard is overgrown with blackberries. The pulg ins all are loose and one even sparked when I plued my phone charger into it.

We had fun but won’t book again

This house is in a great location and adorably decorated. The furniture is cozy, it comfortably housed 8 of us and the foosball table was a great source of entertainment for the kids. However, there are some things you should know before you book it. It could be cleaner – it looked like a normal daily clean had been done but it probably hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. Dead bugs in the window sills, dust and dirt, spider webs along the ceiling and light fixtures, etc. This house is not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities that make them unsteady on their feet. None of the floors are level – we’re talking holes and cracks in the LVP flooring where the subfloor has failed. LOTS of dips and waves in the floors. The back lawn is also treacherous to cross to get to the beach. There were a crazy amount of hidden holes to twist your ankle in. This could be easily remedied with some pavers to make a clear path to the stairs. There was a mouse trap in the kitchen and some kind of little critter droppings under the bed in the kid’s room. The plumbing in the bathrooms needs help and the master bath smells of sewer gas. There’s also no drain covers in the bathrooms. So, if you wear jewelry or use contact lenses, be warned, you might be losing them down the drain. You have to walk through the queen room to get to the king upstairs. So, queen room has no privacy. There’s also no window covering in the upstairs king so you will be up with the sun.

Annual Girls Trip

The location is perfect. The house is a little quirky but has a great layout. 6 of us stayed this year and we each enjoyes the view & the hottub. The kitchen is layes out that 2 of us could work in there at the same time. Which is good since only 2 of us like to cook. The kitchen cookwear & utensils were well stocked, bring your own spices & oil, however. The only thing we found odd was that the only TV's were in the bedrooms, but there is a large selection of DVD's. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Coast Escape

The property is as listed, and was very comfortable for our family. We had a great time. The property managers were excellent to deal with. I had forgotten an item at the property. I asked if housekeeping could look for it. They found it and the property management shipped it to me. Very grateful!!

Perfect, comfy for our two families

The house was more than spacious, and well equipped for our two families. Our teens did not like that there was no TV in the living room, but the parents did not mind at all. We did puzzles, played games, enjoyed the amazing ocean view, and sat in the warm hot tub. The view is outstanding. An address numbers on the house would have brought assurance as we were trying to locate the house, but communication- was prompt and they followed up to make sure we were in the house and ok. Would recommend you stay here and I would love to stay again!

Perfect home for family to gather

Had lots of places for the kids to chat, watch tv and adults to relax and enjoy each other. Loved that we have our own lawn to let the kids play and run without worry from cars or neighbors.
