The centre of the village is 5 minutes away, with all the shops and essential services: butcher, bakery, newsagent, café, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor.
Located 3 km from the town of GERARDMER
Many activities are offered to you:

In winter downhill skiing, 2 steps from the resort Le Poli (350m), ideal for beginners.
In Gérardmer (5 km) and Bresse (10 km), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing etc...

In summer, countless hikes, mountain biking, summer sledging, swimming at the lake of Longemer 1.5 km away, fishing, excursions/walks in nearby Alsace.
You will also find several medium-sized supermarkets, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley, cinema, casino in Gérardmer.

Other equipment: iron and ironing board, 1 hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.
BB equipment provided free of charge (travel cot, high chair, stroller).

Possibility to rent bed linen 20€ / bed. Bath towel 5€ . 8€ = ( 1 large + 1 small)

Decreasing rates from €830 to €510 excluding charges (electricity consumption)
Per week excluding holidays: 510€, Summer: 720 €, Winter 740€
Christmas and New Year's Eve 830 €
Possibility to rent on weekends at the price of 250 €, Outside school holidays.

Holiday vouchers accepted.

Electricity to be paid according to consumption on the day of departure, We will read the electricity meter on arrival and departure.

Possibility of purchasing firewood on site.

* The chalet must be left clean, otherwise a cleaning fee of €80 will be required.

Our animal friends are not accepted.
The house must be made clean. The garbage emptied.
