"The hotel is lovely with great facilities. The staff were amazing. Always ready to meet my needs and be of assistance. Morning and dinner buffets are possibly the best buffets I’ve experienced. The selection was phenomenal. The view of the lake from the room was spectacular. It had great beds, and the «pillow menu» was a nice addition. The room was very clean albeit a little worn. My stay was exceptional, and I would gladly stay again if I revisit Sun Moon lake."
