除了無窗外其它均好的飯店
非吸煙房住進去還有殘餘煙味令人難以呼吸,空間密閉無法開窗,扣分。床很舒服,服務人員都友善服務反應迅速,泳池乾淨,周邊購物用餐方便,是還不錯的飯店選擇。

Good but nothing special
Comfortable rooms decent location but is a little old in places now so condition isn’t amazing. Service was ok although they charged me twice for a deposit as they kept telling me the transaction wouldn’t go through. But English skills was good enough to help when I complained. I’m sure it’s a 1 off event.

Nice, relatively close to airport.
Arrived late, easy fast check in. Plenty of treadmills and a nice pool. Didn’t try the rental workout gear option but may on my next stay to eliminate traveling with wet workout clothes.

あまり満足はできない、、
そんなに古くないはずですがなんか清潔感が感じられなかったです。 チェックイン時でバスタブに髪の毛あって入る気にもなりませんでした。 スイートとりましたが、テレビがぐるっと回る感じとかなんだか微妙でした。 シャワーしてても排水口から全然流れないし。 二日目にガラスのかけら?みたいなのが落ちていて足を怪我してしまいました。 ホテルの方には丁重に対応してくださいましたが絆創膏とフルーツって、、。 何を求めていたかではないけど、フルーツとか本当だったら最初から置いておくべきものではないのかな?とか思ったりして。 エグゼクティブルームとってるのに 部屋に最初のフルーツとかお菓子とかサービスがなくて驚きました。 エグゼクティブラウンジはティータイムが何もなくて残念。 夜は夜で置いてあるワインがフロンテラって、、。 いろいろ残念ポイントがありすぎて。 一つだけ良かったのはジムは広くて充実してました。 ただプールから更衣室が離れてて滑って転びそうになりました。 総評 以前に宿泊したケンピンスキーをお薦めします。

4 stars hotel in name only
I checked in around 1:30 pm and the staff said room is not ready yet and suggested us to have lunch and then will follow up and get the room ready asap and will telephone us. After lunch (more than 1.5 hour)we came back , the room still not ready and the staff didn't offer any help at all. Since we had something to do in the afternoon so we went out without check in until evening. I stayed this hotel so many times before and I find the service is worse than before and the room is smaller than before

房間很大,個人清潔用品整全,很貼心。住的是雙人雙床房,床很大,床褥舒適。整體房間清潔整齊。唯一要改善的就是水龍頭出水量比較弱,其他的都很滿意。
