Fresh, modern design. I thought it was new but the clerk said it is 5 years old. Very quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is the possibility of highway noise on one side but I'm not sure. The clerk gave us a room on the opposite side.

Loved everything about Tru! We traveled with our son who uses a wheelchair and booked the room with a handicap accessible shower. It was perfect and so easy for him to use. And the room was large so he could move about freely in his wheelchair. Breakfast was the icing on the cake: smoked sausage, taters, and western omelettes. Very tasty! There was some road noise from the interstate, but that is trivial when compared to how nice the hotel is. We will be staying here every time we travel home to TN from now on.

Well I didn’t expect no internet, no ice bucket, and no coffee in your room. Rooms are very small and they also charge $75 for a 3!pound dog. I heard traffic on the highway all night!

The Tru is a clean modern facility perfect for families. Basic but fun and friendly. My only complaint would be how easily noise can be heard from the room above us (just heavy and loud walking) but it woke me at midnight and I never got back to sleep. Probably due to the floors being hardwood rather than carpet (which I much prefer because the room seems so much cleaner without old carpet). The staff were super friendly and helpful. They provided complimentary water and Smartpop at checkin. I noticed many people with dogs so I'd say it's pet friendly as well. We'd stay again on our next drive home from Florida.

Easy to find right off highway but also can hear traffic on highway. Hotel was very clean and rooms a decent size. Modern, newer decor. Easy check in and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Very pricy for limited amenities. My room was very noisy with traffic, and there were hard-to-use fixed bottles of body soap and other liquids. Almost no storage space. It was obvious that they were trying to reduce what was provided under the guise of being “eco-friendly”. It was basically a bed and a huge TV, with nothing else to make it comfortable. The staff, on the other hand, were very helpful.

Just really small, not a lot of space in the standard room compared to others. No extras amenities (no extra pillows) no closet or storage space. Also, it is LOUD!!! you can hear your neighbours talking next door, hear everything from the parking lot. Hear people moving things upstairs. Good breakfast variety. I wouldn’t stay in a TRU again personally.

While checking in the attendant was not please that I book the room though hotels.com and complained the whole time. The room was very hot because the AC part of the unit would not work.

Nice and new!
Very nice and new hotel. Great breakfast. Nice water and ice machines. Beds are comfortable but pillows could be better. Overall super nice and clean place we have stayed several times.

The bed would have been great if there had been a blanket under the bedspread but we had a mattress cover. After paying $125 we had to sleep under a mattress cover. That was bad.

I would highly recommend booking a room on the side of the hotel furthest away from the Interstate. We didn't and the road noise was excessive. Other than that it is a very nice hotel.

There wasn’t any parking available when we arrived. The front desk agent volunteered to move his truck so we could park. Thank you for the above and beyond service there. We appreciated it.
