The parking lot needed to be plowed, and the person did not come until late that night; forcing me to have to spend another night. The plow person left a wall of snow in front of my car that turned to ice and I could not get my car out. Staff said that the plow man came very late and he was probably tired. Unacceptable to say the least. This ice wall in front of my car forced me to again spend another night. I was charged full price for the extra 2 days and had to buy water from the snack wall (I did not receive the cute bag of water and snack when I checked in). I had to get a plow company to come lift my car over the ice wall so I could leave. There was never an offer to call the plow person back or any attempt to help me. I had to ask for a shovel and was given one but because it was thick ice I could do nothing. I understand staff can not control the weather but to be just told I'm sorry was not good enough. To be charge for the mistake of the hotel is absolutely sad.
