«I would certainly recommend this hotel for the fantastic stay and very close to MRT station and they also had food amenities in the second floor.»

«Great service»

«Staff very friendly. Thank you. Room with sea or river view is very nice.»

«The hotel amenities are excellent, automatic toilet, washer/dryer, kitchenette, full size frig, close to MRT station, and a huge park across the street. We are going back in a month, and we will be stay here again, 5 stars.»

«This is my 3rd time to stay here and booked two nights ( last visit in 2019), as I loved this hotel so much in my memory. However, I felt a bit disappointed as the facility aged and amenities provided were down graded if compared with previous visits. e.g. fruits, water bottle and slipper were provided in room for free in the past, but now just having dry snacks and slippers were imposed charge on it. «Excellent food, very nice rice paddies, amazing spa, awesome restaurants. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the very Bali pace. Definitely a place we would recommend to others»

«The best hotel we've been to for years. The public hotspring and the in-room onsen had everything you need. Complimentary face masks, drinks and snacks in the room. They restock every day. The magnolia products made everything smell soooo good. The interior decor was fantastatic. Happy hour with free alcoholic drinks and snacks. This is the best hotel if you want to visit the Thermal Valley and everything nearby. 2 min walk from Xinbeitou MRT, just look uphill at your left at the exit.»

«MRT中和新蘆線　大橋頭駅が目の前なので、移動が凄く楽です。 また、食事も延三夜市が民権西路を渡って直ぐに有るので、凄く良いです。 ホテルの下にコンビニ有るし、延平北路を渡った所にコインランドリーもあります。 また、喫煙者には、嬉しい事に、太平市場脇のバイク駐車場内と、前出のコインランドリーの先の2箇所に喫煙所があります。»

«The staffs were very friendly & helpful. The room was kind of clean but the wall had some scratches and marks on it. The breakfast was good but mainly for vegetarians. No eggs and you can hardly find a piece of ham or meat. Shout be a great hotel if under professional renovations. Thanks !»

«Staff very helpful. Hot springs excellent Recommend for everyone»

«Flott spahotell opp i fjellet ved Beitou. Ganske dyr restaurant, men man kan ta gratis shuttlebuss til Beitou og spise der. Fantastisk badekar på rommet med varmt kildevann. Gøyalt gaming-rom for barna. OBS: For å bruke bassenget må man ha badehette. Spa-avdelingen er fra 12 år og oppover og er kjønnsdelt ettersom man er naken!»
