Flott opphold på veldig bra hotell.
En flott tur til Wroclaw . Hotellet var utmerket. Veldig serviceminded personale. Flott frokost. Wi-Fi enkelt organisert. Litt trafikkstøy fra trikk og bil, mindre med vinduer lukket og bruk av aircondition. Flott plassert i forhold til gamlebyen. Lunchrestaurant like over gaten.

Flott boutique hotel!
Et kjempekoselig boutique hotell rett utenfor gamlebyen. Flotte rom med sjarm, meget imøtekommende personale, fin frokost. Klart value for money om man er litt lei forretningshoteller!

Nice apartment, but be warned of the extreme noise
Nice decor in the apartment and relatively smooth check-in. However, my room (2nd floor) was vibrating every time a tram was passing by (every 5-10 minutes from 05:00) and I could not get any sleep. The windows are not sound proof at all. There is no warning on the website about the noice. I have read some replies from the property manager that noise is expected due to the location. I agree if it was not the fact that the trams pass all the time and cause insomnia for guests. It would be wise to warn about that and maybe replace the windows for sound proof ones. That would be ideal for this place.

Fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved gamlebyen
Beliggenheten er helt perfekt. 5-10 min å gå inn til hjertet av gamlebyen (torget). Høy standard på leilighetene, deilig seng, moderne baderom, og fullt utstyrt kjøkken. Vi fikk rene håndklær og oppredd seng hver dag. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Vi hadde bestilt flyplasstransport og det fungerte utmerket. Leilighetene lå rett ved en trafikkert gate, men det hørte vi lite til i og med at bygården lå gjemt inne i en bakgård (bak andre bygninger). Nye vinduer/balkongdører gjorde også sitt til at det var helt lydisolert inne i leiligheten. Frokosten var veldig god, men det var veldig trangt med få bord, så vi valgte derfor å kun spise frokost der en av dagene. Dette er absolutt et sted å anbefale dersom man vil bo i nærheten av gamlebyen.

Flott penthouseleilighet, enkelte mangler
Fikk ikke særlig inntrykk av selve hotellet, men vi fikk en stor flott leilighet med 3 soverom, 3 bad og 3 terrasser. Stort sitte og stueområde og fullt kjøkken. Hotellet lå sentralt til med gangavstand til det meste. Men ligger i et trafikkert område, så når det ene rommet verken hadde gardiner eller A/C ble det fort lyst og bråkete om morgenen.

Anbefales!
Særdeles glad for at vi valgte dette. Store, rene leiligheter, rikelig utstyrt med rene håndklær, svært gode senger, effektiv aircondition, hjelpsomt personale som snakker meget bra engelsk. Stille strøk selv om det ligger en kort spasertur fra Torget/sentrum. Fin frokost. Eneste minus for de som ønsker 24/7 resepsjon er at denne stenger i nitida hvis jeg ikke husker feil, men det er ikke noe problem å tilpasse seg.

This was a great place to stay. It was close to the rynek and the tram and bus stops. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. I especially liked the decor in the room. I will stay their again when I come back to Wrocław.

The room is lovely and quiet and the price is affordable. The staff who did the registration was kind & polite, but he seemed to be not aware of the hotel welcome offer mentioned in the hotel email. So, a better communication between the hotel administration and frontline staff may be needed. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Zentrumsnah, sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr viele gute Restaurants. Etwas blöd, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist…. Parkplatz Reservierung ist Pflicht, den und die Einfahrt dazu zu finden grenzt schon an ein Wunder.

Reservation of a parking space is obligatory because our parking lot has a small number of spaces. We are unable to provide it to all guests. When guests book a parking lot, we also send a detailed description of how to get to the parking lot. The ac in one of the bedrooms was not working. When reported I was told I would have to wait till morning. Couch was very stained and dirty.

Clean and central hotel
I had a very good stay here. I had a deluxe single room and was happy to find the bed wasn't a single bed but a small double. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and spacious. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the main square and restaurants immediately around. Breakfast was good too. I would certainly stay here again next time I visit.

Great hotel, very good location. Didn't give them an excellent review since it would be nice to have cups in the shower room to use when washing teeth, more hangers in the shower and a place to put your stuff in the shower itself (sponge, personal soap....)

Tutto perfetto, accoglienza in albergo, up grade gratuito della stanza, pulita, spaziosa, curata e particolare in tutto dettagli, colazione molto buona, parcheggio in loco e direttamente in centro, tutto raggiungibile con facilità a piedi. Ottima scelta, lo consiglio!

Great stay.
Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the Sleepwalker Boutique Hotel. It is located close to the center of the town, but still quite in the night. The personel was super friendly and very helpful.

Frühstück für 16 Euro pro Person viel zu teuer und schlecht. Alles verbrannt, alt oder geschmacklich schlecht. Versprochenes VIP Upgrade etc nicht verfügbar. Sehr Laute Zimmer zur Straße hin, gefühlt wie auf der Rennstrecke. Sehr warmes Gebäude mit einer alten Klimaanlage, die gestunken hat - nicht für uns mit Kind geeignet. Offenes Fenster durch die Hauptverkehrsstraße erträglich laut. Bettwäsche aus Polyester, sodass wir stark geschwitzt haben. Alle sind allem: FINGER WEG!! Es gibt deutlich bessere Hotels zu günstigeren Kursen.

The breakfasts are very generous, lots of choice at the buffet.You received an omelette for breakfast - it was not burnt.You have been informed that we are no longer able to upgrade your room on expedia. Your reservation was one of the last for this date, so we did not have such opportunities. VIP status allowed lady parking, which was used, you also received free coffee. No problems with air conditioning were reported at the reception, we also had no information that you were coming with a child. We always try to offer such guests a room facing the courtyard, where it is a bit quieter. Knowing about the issues on the day of check in we could have reacted and resolved the situation. Without knowing about the problem beforehand, we couldn't solve it. In the future, please report such things right away. We would avoid yelling at our staff. You requested a refund on the day of departure - this is not in line with the company's policy, which is why the manager of the facility assessed the situation and did not agree to it. However, we are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us.
