The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day before check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay.

We have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit.

Weather conditions can vary - summers can be hot, winters very cold, and wind can be strong year-round.

Please check the weather prior to your stay so you can be properly prepared. We are in an area that can get hot in the summer, very cold in the winter and can experience high winds. We will not issue refunds for weather issues, or road closures that are out of our control.

When visiting a mountain town, it`s important to be aware that you may encounter various types of insects and bugs due to the natural environment. No refunds will be issued, though we make every effort to manage pest control.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during the winter months, to cover any unexpected travel disruptions.

The lodge features multiple levels and stairs are required to access bedrooms and common areas. If you or someone in your group has difficulty with stairs or limited mobility, this property may not be the best fit. We want all our guests to be comfortable and safe during their stay!
