The Sundance Cottage is an oceanfront 4-bedroom, 2-bath cottage at the end of a private street on the North End of Wrightsville Beach, NC. It sleeps 8, and the covered porch extends right over the dunes for unobstructed ocean views. A private beach walkway, outdoor shower, gated entrance and beach cruisers make it ideal for surfing, fishing or unwinding on the sand. Pair it with The Blue Moon Cottage next door for larger groups.

Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire cottage and private beach walkway. The gated driveway is shared with The Blue Moon Cottage (also bookable via Mira-Mar). Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the North End of Wrightsville Beach, tucked away at the end of a private street, giving you the feel of your own private beach. The Blue Moon Cottage and The Sundance Cottage share a spacious gated driveway and can be booked together for larger groups.



- 1-minute walk to the beach

- 8-minute walk to Shark Bar

- 8-minute walk to Johnnie Mercer's Pier

- 1.5 miles to Wrightsville Beach Park



Getting Around:

The beach is right out back, and Shark Bar and the pier are about 8 minutes on foot or a quick ride on the included beach cruisers. Downtown Wilmington is about 20 minutes by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

5. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted, ONLY DOGS. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.

6. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1 - September 30 (Wrightsville Beach rule).



**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true service animals.
