The bedroom features a king size bed, while the living area includes a Murphy style queen bed that easily accommodates additional guests. Two 55 inch TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, allow everyone to relax without compromise.

The updated kitchenette is fully equipped for easy vacation dining, with a full size refrigerator, microwave and convection oven, two burner cooktop, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Cookware, utensils, and essentials are provided whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a simple dinner.

Parking is available for one vehicle per unit in accordance with HOA guidelines. Additional vehicles may use nearby paid public parking.

Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and a required pet fee. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Please be sure to notify our team in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

The community pool is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm year round, with swimming available from April 1 through October 30. Security cameras are present in common areas for guest safety.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be completed within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.

Wrightsville Beach regulations allow leashed dogs on the beach from October 1 through March 31. Pets are not permitted on the beach from April 1 through September 30.
