The built-in bunk beds are reserved for children only and not appropriate accommodation for teens or adults.

Enjoy ocean views and hours of people watching from the deck that is almost perfectly positioned in the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Bunk (twin over twin). *Bunk beds are for children only.
Parking: Carport parking for 2 vehicles. The driveway can accommodate 1-2 additional vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Pets, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
