Welcome to Peace Be Still, an updated, boho-inspired chalet tucked along the quiet shoreline of Foxfire Lake.

This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath lakefront retreat sleeps up to 8, blending classic A-frame character with warm natural textures, a minimalist interior, and intentional spaces created to help you unplug, step away from the busyness of everyday life, and settle into a slower rhythm at the lake.

Spend your days making memories on the water, find a quiet corner when you need one, and end the evening somewhere that feels removed from the noise and demands you left behind.

Step outside to your private dock on Foxfire Lake and head onto the water with 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe.

Come back to the furnished deck for dinner from the grill, retreat to the screened-in porch with a cup of coffee or a book, or simply sit for a while and watch the lake.

As evening settles in, follow the lighted path to the stone lakefront fire pit, where Adirondack chairs and provided roasting sticks are ready for marshmallows, stories, laughter, and nights beneath the trees and stars.

A full day at the lake deserves more than just a place to sleep.

We’ve given the sleeping spaces the same attention as the places where you'll spend your days, creating rooms designed for deep rest and an unhurried end to the evening — so you can recharge tonight and wake ready to do it all again tomorrow.

Every bed features a plush yet supportive mattress, dedicated bedside lighting, convenient electrical/USB charging, and its own sound machine.

The main-level bedroom offers a king bed + two twins, blackout shades, and full closet access. Upstairs you'll find a queen bedroom with a reading chair, while the loft provides a daybed + twin trundle comfortable for adults, teens, or children.

Bedroom beds are finished with cozy down or down-alternative comforters, the loft beds with soft quilts, and soft throw blankets are available throughout the chalet for slow mornings and quiet evenings.

A new air-conditioning system with an eco-friendly thermostat and temperature sensors in each bedroom helps maintain consistent comfort throughout the home.
