Run down, stains on walls, hole in wall, chair torn, stains on lamp shades, vanity light, missing drawer in dresser, table coming apart, ceiling had water damage and patches of popcorn was hanging and spots missing, room had smell and they had car tree airfreshner hanging from lamp. I have photos of all and pool was closed in summer and wifi was not connecting due to room distance. Ironing boeard had holes in it and bathtub had rust stains on side and back of bathroom door had large gash and ac vent was partially clogged with dust

You should be ashamed to have your name on this dump. from the parking area you could see several blinds were torn. This would fail miserably as a homeless shelter. the management seemed okay, but not cheerful in any way. their tour was dissapointing to say the least. i recommend you send your corporate inspectors unannounced.

Absolutely disgusting. First room reeked of urine and had an old moldy pan full of food in it. Next room had no blankets on any of the beds, along with the pullout bed that had no pillows at all. Curtain in the living room area was ripped and stained brown. The elevator didn’t work on our floor to go down, front desk said “call them to send it up”. I was denied a refund for this DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. Never stay here.

Pay a bit more for another hotel

No blankets on beds or in room. No toilet paper. Staff provided both upon request. Smoke detector on ceiling taped over in plastic. Room and all furniture and bed smelled of smoke. Furniture had considerable wear and tear. Has not recovered from being used as homeless shelter in COVID. Would not stay again.

The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, there were holes in the bathroom towels, there was no comforter on the bed - only two sheets, the breakfast wasn’t open to the time it said it would be and there were food crumbs left in the room from previous guests. Terrible experience and way over priced.

Worst experience

From the point of check-in to checkout was an unpleasant. The staff excluding dark tall man didn’t know how to use the communicate with guests. I literally felt like I was begging them just for them to perform their duties. They all had an attitude and this lady literally came banging on my door just to ask a question. Room wasn’t neat Appliances weren’t maintained My room had a used paper roll Bedsheets had stains Worst experience in any hotel

Disappointing

Staff was kind and accommodating, but the facility was horrendous - visible trash under bed upon arrival, broken lock on balcony door, unpleasant odor. The staff kindly changed and upgraded our room, but we found surprisingly poor conditions - rust-stained toilet, unclean balcony, etc. Quality Inn might want to definition of “quality.”

Staff was rude. Fist room given was a smoking room after requesting non-smoking. Condition of building was run down. Black mold/sewage in tub, couldn't take a shower. Leaving at 6:30am found man sleeping on stairs with shoes off. Wont stay at another Quality Inn!

Ihave summited a complaint to corporate on my stay there,148.91 was way to much to pay in a room that had a big mouse trap on the floor the bedspread had cigarette holes in it the chairs had all sorts of stains the sprinkler system was all rusted the lights by the bed didn’t work I could only get one channel in my tv the handle on the sink came off totally the toilet seat was wobbly also fell off!!!’ Needless to say it was the worst experience o have ever had . They need not call this a quality inn 😡

Two rooms were booked, and they put both people in one. The shower only had scalding hot water and the "sofa bed" had no mattress.

Never again

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in the U.S. Would give maybe 2 stars if it was 40 USD per night but never 100 USD plus. 1st floor smells like tobacco, (one guy even asked for a lighter), dirty bed sheets. Key card would not work but it was quickly replaced. Staff tried to do what they can, they can be more friendly though.
