«We always love staying at The Westin At The Woodlands! We were in town for the Dave Matthew’s Band concert and it was so nice to walk along the water to and from the venue. We had a double queen room on the 7th floor and we never heard any other people while inside our room. One thing I would like to see improved however is the water pressure..»

Eneste som manglet var et lite smil ved utsjekk. Hun sto med hodet i PC-en, og hadde ikke tid til å hilse på gjestene. Bare nikket bekreftende da vi ga henne nøkkelkortene.»

«Room wasn’t that clean, the sink didn’t drain properly, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, the coffee in the morning was from the day before… I didn’t eat the breakfast because they didn’t serve it until 7 am. The staff was friendly though. Poor management maybe. »
