«Waking up to no running water to bathe or brush your teeth is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience.»

«I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 15 years. Although the hotel is refurbished and clean, I miss the social arrangement they used to have in the evening, and the breakfast need a serious upgrade. Proper bread and a toaster is a minimum requirement along with a selection of cheese/meat to accompany it. Staff is helpful, but unexperienced. Vicinity to Market street is a plus (and also reflected in the pricing)»
