«My family loved staying in the family cabin. Surprisingly comfortable bed, useful amenities, just the whole package. We will be back when were in Pinetop again.»

«No phone in room. No comp water. Staff slow to respond no one at desk have to call to find and wait. Not friendly… Awoken by someone trying to break a door down close by 2:30sm I called 15 minutes later asked what’s going on “ we’re handling it… No apologies nothing…. On Checking out no desk personnel pick up phone to reach them said my call was enough no final bill no email and no apology or mention of 2:45 AM event! My being startled and awoken that way led to instant extreme vertigo, ...

«The loose, stained, patched carpet was a hazard. The location is good and the staff are nice, but the facility needs a tune up.»

«We had a fantastic experience staying here. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptional and we'd definitely stay here again. Oh, and the cookies they offered at check-in were so delicious! Thank you!»

«Staff and maintenance , very helpful and knowledgeable»

«Great pizza place attached to the hotel ! Comfy beds and quiet rooms.»

«Was a perfect weekend getaway. Kathleen was so helpful and kind to us. We rented cabin 6 which had a fireplace and kitchenette. Was very comfortable and cozy. Went fishing in the lake on the property. Had a nice private dinner in the lodge for my finance and I and got to hear the history of the lodge. Great location. Has a restaurant and bar on property. You can grab a drink at bar and take back to your cabin Already planning our next trip with family. We really enjoyed our stay.»

«Clean, well ran and comfortable. This property was exactly what I expect from Holiday Inn.»

«The hotel was amazing. It was very well kept and maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.»

«The WiFi was very slow. The TV had no national networks, ie ABC, NBC or CBS, so no local news, only CNN. The breakfast items were depleted quickly and people had to wait until the attendant went to prepare more. The trash can in the eating area was filled to the brim and not emptied. The toilet in our room clogged, so a plunger was brought to the door in a plastic bag and we were told to put the bag outside our door when done plunging!»

«The mattress cover was stained. There were still coffee grounds in the coffee pot from last guests. The ironing board was full of stains. The 2nd floor was for dr appointments. The parking lot was not appealing. Would never stay there or recommend.»

«My complaint was no place to hang cloths. There was a cabinet which included the iron, ironing board, hair dryer and space to hang cloths but no bar or hangers. I mentioned this to the staff, they said they have to have a bar cut. You could not get any channels on the TV but they corrected that.»
