«We’ve ordered a room For 5 ppl, paid over 400 bucks - and got a room with 1 bed! At one point they said they are not sure why this room is registered as 6 ppl and offered us extra blankets so we could put the kids in the floor! Even worst, we actually ended up not even having 1 blanket per person and my middle kid had to cover with a towel!!! Inacceptable!»

«I have no words. This place looks nothing like the pictures. I was just looking for a cheap place to stay during a trip with my young son. I didn't expect royalty, but I expected "acceptable motel". «As soon as we got to our floor, the second floor, we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking floor (maybe even hotel?). Throughout the night we kept getting whiffs of cigarettes throughout the room. The most concerning part, under the bathroom counter there were glue traps for mice and other bugs and insects which leads me to believe it’s not the cleanest, most maintained hotel.
