During our 3 night stay we didn’t have a complete set of towels. They seemed to be low or short of items as we needed them. The staff was very nice and the building was kept up. But compared to the Hampden Inn at the Philadelphia this place was paradise !

I would like to file a dispute and grievance against this hotel location. I was assigned three horrible rooms that were dirty. When I spoke with the hotel staff, they were rude and unaccommodating. I tried to speak with the general manager of the hotel, and it appears to me that he did not have the time of day to be able to contact me, I feel disrespected and let down by the lack of quality and the lack of service at this location

Stayed four nites with my brother, room was not cleaned the entire stay. Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was ok, but they had no muffins or Danish for breakfast. Two nites had trouble sleeping due to the room next door playing loud music & talking loud at 2am. Called the front desk but they started back with the noise. Area had plenty of dining options.

When we arrived there was no trash can in our room. We went to the pool and it had a very strong harsh chemical smell mixed with chlorine so we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. Then the towels at the pool were the size of dish towels. At the end of the night we called and asked the front desk for more towels and they told us that they didn’t have anymore towels to give out. So we went home to get towels to bring back to the hotel. Why am I paying over $100 for a hotel when I have to go home and get towels ?

Very nice accommodations only downside is side door wouldn't allow you to enter with keycard all week. Had to use the front entrance every time.

I was charged a $250.00 fee because i left a box a pizza and crumb cake in my floor!? The staff is super rude there the manager is just as horrible as the staff! I will never book here again!

Hamptons are good hotels as you would expect from Hilton. However the cleaning staff started pounding and yes I mean pounding on doors at 9:30 to be sure you were awake. I am sure it was on the order of the management and NOT what I have experienced at other Hamptons or Hiltons. Pretty crappy.

Now charging $15 to park in the suburbs.
I have stated here several times and have always found the service friendly and the hotel to be very comfortable...however they now charges $15 dollars for parking..this hotel is in the suburbs with a giant parking lot...This location has lost me as a customer as there are many other choices in the area that do not feel the need to extort their customers..

Room 431 was missing the dark shade on the bedside window, too bright, no true privacy. Only one handtowel provided, shower\toilet room light did not work. How was that area cleaned? Yet room and property were clean and otherwise well appointed.

I used the app to check in and was assigned my room. I tried to use the digital key but that didn’t work. When I arrived, all I did was go to the front desk and just pick up my room key. As for the area, there are plenty of dining and shopping options available.

Property was clean, which is most important to me. However, I was asked if I had a car and charged $15 for parking. This was NOT in the description when I choose this hotel. The front desk didn't even ask for a discription of my car after taking my money,. I felt sucker punched.

It was homey, comfortable surroundings inside and out. The bed was so comfortable. We especially like the bedding. Covers were warm yet light weight. Would consider returning if we are ever in the area.

We couldn’t check in until 5:30 even though we were there a little after four. The room was clean but there was no bedding for the pull out couch - called and we did receive a blanket & sheet. Only 3 towels and no bath mat. Room was not checked on & when we called they said we had to request it & when we asked for more towels they initially told us we were only allowed 2 - I honestly didn’t care if it was cleaned, I just wanted more towels, at least one more roll of tp, & the holder of the coffee pod was missing. Staff was nice - I just think they may understaffed and that’s a management problem in my opinion, breakfast was good & location is very close to the Philadelphia airport & close to a lot of other towns. It’s over an hour away from Seaside Heights. The location is also tucked in - if you see a Sherwin Williams sign, it’s right there!
