The management was uninformed, inconsistent in their statements, and condescending. Those primarily rude were Nicole, Ranatta and Mari. Their customer service was subpar, and they responded to guests with snide remarks such as you can "contact corporate" or " it was in the contract" when there was clear communication that was flawed on their end. My friend brought a large amount of business to this hotel for her wedding, I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone use this place. At least not while they are employed.

Property needs to be renovated. Walls/ carpets are shabby. Booked my next stay at the Hampton next to this property. Also, what’s with no bath mats in front of the shower???

Good and bad
Well we checked in and went to our room only to have the key not work (132) A gentleman came to try to fox it but we had to get another room(230) only to have the key not work here as well. Then the front desk put us on another room(303) the key did mot work but he fixed the issue. The stay was nice. Rooms were clean, comfortable and new.

Check in was not smooth and staff was not welcoming. Our card was charged two times with amounts unknown, which should have been disclosed before payment taken and when brought to the employees attention she was unprofessional and had to put us on hold to ask the manager what the charges that she made on our card even were. We discussed a certain amount payment at the desk, neither of those charges were taken. The charged amount were more than discussed. Very unhappy with the service.

During my recent stay at the Marriott, I encountered a couple of issues that marred my experience. Firstly, I was disappointed to find stains on the bed sheets. Although I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the response was less than satisfactory, leaving me feeling as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Additionally, a request for toothpaste made to room service in the morning went unfulfilled for over 30 minutes. This delay disrupted my plans, resulting in my decision to leave the hotel earlier than intended. These experiences were quite unexpected, as they do not align with the high standards of service and hospitality that Marriott is known for. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for the hotel to address and improve their service quality and responsiveness. Despite this experience, I believe in the brand's capability to offer exceptional hospitality and hope for better experiences in the future.

I didn’t like my stay
The lady at the front desk was really nice but as far as the hotel I will not return. They didn’t have washcloths I had to pay for parking without them asking for car information some ppl said no car and wasn’t charged. The hotel makes u pay for breakfast which is not that many option and expensive for nothing. They charge for everything housekeeping never came to knock

Plusses - friendly and helpful staff, large room, tub ( but no stopper!) good bar food, the hotel hallways and rooms smell good! Really nice servers in the food area. Minuses- room coffee pretty awful, should have a coffee pot in the lobby, but a manager gave us a coupon for free coffee.

This property is located in an area with surrounding shopping and dining options as well as access to key road in NJ right near the base of the Walt Whitman bridge so access to Philadelphia is easy as well as road east to the Jersey shore.

Excellent stay at this hotel- room was very clean and comfortable, nice cozy feel, bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff very friendly! Only draw back is would love to have coffee available in lobby area, not just starbucks for purchase.

If you can stay anywhere else, you should. The staff was completely unaccommodating in all areas. Needed to check into the room a little early to make it on time for a wedding and they wouldn’t check us in until 4pm on the dot. Room was an oven upon entering, only one towel provided, one coffee pod, and the most unfriendly staff. Definitely no hospitality here. CheapTickets was no help in getting us a refund and a new hotel room.

I've stayed their multiple times, so I must like the place. Staff is very nice and helpful. The only issues I have is the fitness center is not well equipped and the entrance doors make way too much noise.
