Was a good stay. But QR codes didn’t work in room so was a stuff around to order breakfast.. Breakfast was ordered for 8am but didn’t come to room till 8.45am & was cold when it arrived.. That put a bit of a downer on our stay.. But the staff was fantastic.

We came mid-week for my son's 4th B'day. Beautiful place perfectly location right next to beach very clean and maintained. Breakfast was great a few varieties. Only thing i would say there was no personal connection as i left a note in the booking saying it's my sons b'day. A simple acknowledgement to him would have been great. Been last year to another hotel and received a happy b'day sign in the room and a small cake. Nothing major would be back again tho.

We loved panoramic ocean views and huge bath tub with ocean views. and fantastic sun rise over the ocean views It was a wonderful getaway for us The sliding doors need a title TLC as one very hard to open and other a little hard to close so makes hissing wind sound if not closed The restaurant in hotel had lovely lunch and dinner options. Diggies close by on ocean as well as other cafes so close. The rock pools are so lovely very close by walkable.

Staff were lovely well trained and focused. Breakfast was a bit overpriced and barista needs additional training in coffee making. Room was generous in size with a great newly renovated bathroom. Great location next to the beach and lagoon.

Got the king suite and was not disappointed! The view was well worth the money, the large shower with rain water shower heads was beautiful and the oversized soaking tub was heaven. Will be going back again soon for another stay.

Attention to detail.
Mattress gave very poor support and sleep was not restful. Guest laundry area is located at the back of the parking garage and needs good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.

We found the hotel to be satisfactory, however in this day and age a person should not be expected to pay additional for Wi-fi. Or parking. Liked the hotel, but will not stay there again.

Not quite the jewel in the crown it used to be, but still solid. First the good … terrific location literally across from the beach with a handful of restaurants less than 7mins walk away. The bad - got to pay for parking $30 a day. The ugly - got to pay for wifi! I haven’t seen wifi one has to pay for at least a decade.

An amazing place to stay at Wollongong. You can easily walk to everywhere you want so easy, it’s like you in the middle of the whole fun. The room was so comfortable with a balcony. The service lady was so good and fast and very friendly, we all appreciated her amazing work (African lady thank you). The “North” restaurant was simply amazing, with a spectacular view and tasty food. Their chicken was so nicely marinated that we all loved and enjoyed eating there, and their stakes were even more yummy. Breakfast buffet was also top quality with lots of options for everyone. The only thing, if I may say, if you drive a big car then be aware the car park spots are a bit tidy and small for very huge cars. Our Kia carnival hardly got in and out and couldn’t even fit to go out through the exit at L1, just use the exit at L2.

It was very confusing with the car park, the reception required you to pay at the counter when checking out, but when you got out have to register with a QR code and link your visa card, after they made the double charge, that was very unpleasant
