A vacation rental close to everything yet secluded from it all!!<br>The cottage is located within the grounds of our nearly 1-hectare wooded property, with no neighbors in sight—except for our horses!<br>A 60-square-meter cottage that’s been completely renovated, featuring underfloor heating, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, two cozy, comfortable bedrooms with 160x200m beds and storage, relaxing living room with a 3-seater sofa, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a TV with Alexa. Private terrace and garden with no neighbors in sight, parking, non-smoking, view of the Alps<br><br>The cottage has been completely renovated, giving it a wonderful charm; the larch wood siding lends it a relaxed, chic country style! A new fence shields you from the stable on the other side and creates an atmosphere that invites you to relax. A private terrace is reserved for your use, complete with a table and chairs, and lighting is provided so you can enjoy it after dark. The garden and terrace are situated between the fence and the cottage, ensuring complete tranquility—neither your privacy nor ours will be compromised.<br><br>The cottage is a 60-square-meter, single-story structure. The entrance is accessible from the terrace, and there is only one step to climb. Each room has at least one double-glazed window and a manual blackout shade; you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light all day long thanks to its south-facing orientation. On clear days, you can see the entire Alpine range—it’s magnificent.<br><br>You’ll appreciate the peace and quiet that permeates the space, helping you unwind for a good night’s sleep in 160x200 beds, each topped with two pillows featuring different fillings for each sleeper and a 240x260 duvet—leaving plenty of room for those who love to wrap themselves up in it!<br>Each bedroom has its own storage space with hangers and a side table to set aside anything that’s in the way. You’ll also find several electrical outlets.<br><br>When it comes to relaxing, you can “spread out” on the three-seater sofa, facing the TV equipped with the ALEXA voice control—you’ll see, it’s a lot of fun! A DVD player is also available for your use.<br>As for Alexa, it lets you watch traditional TV channels and TV via MOLOTOV’. And by entering your own personal login credentials, you can continue watching your favorite shows such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Canal+, Disney+...<br><br>In the same room, you can share moments of togetherness, conversation, or culinary adventure—depending on your level of culinary skill!!<br>Welcome to the kitchen. Brand-new, fully equipped, and ready to serve you. Almost all the tableware is set for 6 people, which will save you from having to wash dishes every time you need to reuse a piece of cutlery or other item. Well-stocked and designed for everyday use just like at home—and if, unfortunately, the weather isn’t cooperating, you can bake a pie or a cake; everything you need is right here<br>Many kitchen appliances are at your disposal; you just need to be a little curious to find them, but don’t worry—everything will be explained to you upon your arrival.<br><br>You might be covered in flour by now, so it’s time to head to the bathroom! Simple yet effective—it really makes an impression! A beautiful, spacious 120x80 walk-in shower with a door and a rain showerhead.<br>A wall-mounted toilet, a pretty pedestal sink topped with a mirrored cabinet for storing your personal items. At the very top of the cabinet, a first-aid kit is provided for your use, along with a hair dryer.
