Josie's on the Bay is a unit in Sunset Cove in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells. Westward facing, this condo looks over the boat docks in Crandalls Bay - a 6-acre body of water connected to the Wisconsin River. Josie's is perfect for a family vacation, girl's weekend, or golf trip. You can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars located in the downtown area of the Wisconsin Dells.

Josie's on the Bay is a mere 1/2 mile walk to the downtown area of Wisconsin Dells. While it is on a quiet bay off the river it is near to all the great daytime and night hot spots that the Dells has to offer.

You have a boat slip available if you bring your watercraft. You can swim in our pools during rain, snow or sunshine. Sitting on Josie's porch enjoying a beverage and the sunset is just the kind of relaxation you've been looking for.

Sunset Cove is a mixed-use property consisting of full-time residents, rentals, and weekenders. It is perfectly situated within walking distance of the downtown Wisconsin Dells.
1. Two-bedroom units have a max capacity of 6 guests. One-bedroom units have a max capacity of 4 guests. If you have more than that, you will be evicted from the property. Visitors are NOT allowed.
2. There is No Smoking allowed in units for safety reasons.
3. There are No Pets allowed on premises.
4. Pool hours are 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty so all children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No glass, food, or drinks are allowed in the pool building or at the outdoor pool area.
5. Quiet time is from 10 p.m.-9 a.m. Quiet time includes: no laundry machines or dishwasher being used; no whirlpools being used; no vacuuming; and no loud music. No washing machine and dishwasher is to be used unattended, because of possible flooding.
6. No guest is allowed to use the fitness center due to insurance reasons.
7. Parking at Sunset Cove is limited to one car per unit. No campers, trailers, motor homes or boats are permitted on property. You must park in the spot designated for your unit or you will be towed and/or fined $75.
8. Recycling is enforced in this municipality. Trash and recycle items have their own dumpsters.
9. There should be no hanging of anything including garments, towels, etc. on the outside railings. No attachment of anything to the outside patio/balcony ceiling.
10. If a renter is using the Sunset Cove boat slip, they must supply a copy of their boat insurance before they use our dock. Also, boaters should not drag their coolers down any stairs
11. Vehicles must be removed from the lot if more than 2" of overnight snow is received.
12. Person on reservation must be 21 years old or be preapproved by host.
13. No grilling anywhere at this property.
