First time staying in the hotel part we stayed in the tiki room last time this place was very clean and quiet staff was awsome and courteous very helpful very pleasant place loved it and will be back

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay and the beds were very comfy. The room is very spacious. We like the have to balcony outside! The only issue we had was there was people next door to us on till like 130 am. Otherwise we enjoyed the hot tub for 2 of the nights we were there. Our friends also enjoyed it too! This is our second time staying here we stayed here last year on the same weekend!

My husband & I had a great time. We stayed Friday night - Sunday morning. We had a blast! Close to shopping, dining & bars. We stayed in one night using the pool and Hottub. Well maintained indoor pool area! The juccuzi in the room was a great add on! Big, spacious rooms. Loved the balcony option! Can’t wait to come back this summer.

Called ahead if able check in before show at Crystal Grand rude girl like no I explained tickets/time/travel Nope… Then tv does Work go get new batteries check in desk told should have called for maintenance, then only few local channels work…. Maybe better in summer but as of this experience would not recommend or stay again

I knew it would be quiet as we were there in November. I did take a walk around and thought it would be a fun place to visit and had a lot of attractions for families to enjoy from morning to night!

Came here for about a week for our honeymoon. It was one of the best times I’ve ever had the jacuzzi was clean and nice. It was a very quiet and enjoyable stay, I would recommend this resort to anyone! We will be back in the summer when the resort is fully open and every year for our wedding anniversary. Thanks to the staff at aloha beach resort for a very fun and memorable honeymoon.

I left to a bar and my key card didn’t work when I came back. Front desk was also closed so not much help.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about your key. Unfortunately they do occasionally lose their programming. Even though we lock the front doors at 11 pm, there is always someone available to help in these situations. That is why there is a phone next to the front doors. Someone would have come to your aid as soon as possible.

If you want to play in the water outside or inside you might like this property. Other than the water, this property offers no other amenities. No breakfast. No coffee bar. No onsite restaurant or bar. Outdated decor and rooms. Our “suite” was in the basement. Will not be staying again.

We liked the location of the resort as it was still in the dells but out of the water park area. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We mainly used it for lodging and the hot tub, otherwise, we were exploring the area.

I didn't like getting charged for the things we didn't get!! Like tickets to safari park. The $25. Extra charge was crazy outrageous!! Price listed isn't correct!!

Thank you for your feedback, Lonna. The 20 resort fee is not charging you for the Timbavati tickets. The resort fee helps cover expenses for all the extra amenities offered, not just the Timbavati tickets (those tickets just have to be requested at the front desk when needed, by the way). Such as access to the pools/amenities at all three of our resorts, and discounts at our two restaurants.
