«### ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars – Disappointing Stay, Room Needs Maintenance
My overall stay was average at best. While the hotel had some positives, several issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected.
The food was bland and lacked flavor. The shower experience was horrible, and the bathroom clearly needed maintenance. The main bathtub faucet was hanging out of the wall, and the bottom portion of the bathroom door was falling apart. These are things that should have been addressed before ...

«Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Our stay was fine, but nothing special. The shower was weak and had a loose cover plate on the tub faucet (rm 207). The room and the entire hotel smelled heavily of perfume maybe? Or an air freshener that made me think they were trying to hide something. The coffee was good, but I wasn't a fan of the food. Overall just good.»

«Honestly it was a good hotel for the price! The staff was amazing, especially considering that our stay was so last minute. We came in looking for a safe place during Isaias, and even though the lobby was closed originally, when we called ahead to see if they had any way to allow us to go ahead and book for the night, the gentleman was kind enough to leave what I can only assume was his own room to unlock the lobby and was willing to even help us book then. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but ...
