Parking in Summer we can accommodate more 2-4 cars the extra ones on the driveway tucked to the side to not block the studio guests or cleaners. Snowy months we need to have only 2 in the garage so our plow can maintain the driveway.

Better than enjoying these views from inside is to enjoy them while soaking in the home’s 10 Person modern hot tub, which is accessed thru 20FT glass sliding door where Indoor / outdoor come together on your private wrap around 1100 sq. ft deck part of which part is covered so you can enjoy it in all seasons with commercial heaters over the eating area. Make new culinary traditions in the outdoor kitchen designed with wood fired Pizza oven and Built in BBQ with side burner. In addition to the unparalleled views that one enjoys our home is designed to Entertain from Pool table in the main area to the Sonos that plays thru out the main living area and deck. Throughout the house, the décor is mountain modern and features a collection of artwork adds character and soul, complimenting the properties other design elements.

The second floor has the King Guest Suite that soaks in the views from the reading nook to the king bed with private full bathroom with relaxing tonal colors, is very private.

All bedrooms have Memory foam/Hybrid mattreses, 600 count sheets, Feather pillows and designer linens. A lot of guests ask me where to buy them.

Walk downstairs to the lower level game room with Fussball, private seating with Smart Tv. Glass walled, workout area provides warm up exercise time without being boxed in. Enjoy our Pelton Bike, Elipical, Ski Trainer, Bench and weights.

Additional King bedroom with views of the backyard, you might catch a bear peeking in. This shares a full bathroom with the Bunk room. Kids or Adult Bunk Room with Room and Board Bunk beds 2 doubles and 2 Single, king size sleeper couch if you need more space with access to the full bathroom.

Finally, after walking through a glass hallway, to the office where connection to business life can be maintained. Access to printer if you need a quick print. WiFi Boosters thru out our home make access easy.

Our home it is perfect whether you’re entertaining a large group or planning an intimate vacation, a couple of families relaxing together, or a group of friends who appreciates design and luxury and don’t want to sacrifice the convenience of being close to the amenities. There is new level of Architecture and Luxury in Winter Park built 2023 and designed by our local Munn Design + Architect Group and built by Never Summer Construction.

As far as functional spaces go, two-car garage heated garage with access inside, Dog wash for your fur babies to stay clean, large mudroom with a tile floor and abundance of cabinets to hang jackets. Laundry with largest of machines and dryer.

We also have 2 paddle boards, pickle ball, tennis for you to use. Just clean and return for the next guest.

Best location and views right on the outskirts of Downtown Winter Park in the prestigious Leland Creek neighborhood. Enjoy amazing views of the majestic peaks and Continental Divide, and savor the alpenglow of the rising and setting sun. Enjoy the areas fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail systems for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town`s new Hideaway Park amphitheater area just down the road. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street (offsite) at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children`s playground. DEPARTURE CHECK LIST
This is our home and we like to keep it this way. We know this is a long list but it helps our cleaner to get the house ready in 6 hours for our next guest.
1/ Provide a valid drivers license for all guests 18yrs or older. The guests names and details must be provided on our check in form.

2/ Please check each room and all the drawers and closet to be sure you have all your personal belongings.

3/ Electronic dog collars to be returned to lock box. Notify us if battery needs replacing for the next guests. Make sure to pick up all poop in the dog run and deck and anywhere it is located prior to leaving.

4/ Lock All Windows and Doors.

4/ All lights turned off

5/ Heat to be left on and set at what was programmed. Please don`t change the temperature as we have it set for comfort and radiant heat takes 24 hours

6/ All Trash to be put in the Bear Locked Bins and on the street if wed morning by 7am.

7/ Please do all dishes prior to leaving or running in the dishwasher.

8/ Please leave home mostly picked up.

9/ Please run a load of Bath Towels as you leave

10/ BBQ and Pizza oven to be cleaned

11/ Expresso machine please clean ready for the next guest.

12/ Please make sure to replace items in the pantry if you finish a item so the next guest can enjoy as well.

13/ If furniture and decorating items are moved from original location please re-turn so that other guests can enjoy our home the way we like it. WE WOULD PREFER ALL DECORATIONS AND FURNITURE TO REMAIN IN PLACE.

14/ Hot Tub Cover to be secured and latched. Please let us know ASAP if a drink was dropped in the tub. Hot tub towels to be cleaned and folded in the mudroom and put of shelf ready for the next guest. Please fold in 3’s if you can.

Security deposit or VRBO Security insurance or AIRBNB credit card hold refunded after the departure clean. The security deposit may be withheld (in part or in full) to cover damage, excessive cleaning fees or fines incurred by the homeowner association (for guest’s failure to follow house rules).
