Wonderful spot
Consistent with all previous reviews, Madge’s studio is clean and comfortable and quiet with all the comforts of home! TV, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. Very comfortable king size bed. Located close to amenities I.e. grocery and attractions. In a quiet neighborhood. We will certainly book again and stay longer! Thanks.

Beautiful surrounding property and cozy place to stay. We enjoyed snowshoeing on the property and skiing at winter park (20-minute drive away). The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a heater, comfortable mattress, and small kitchen area. The owners and neighbors were very kind and helped us get our car out of a snowbank after sliding in the driveway. I would definitely recommend staying here as opposed to the pricy resort hotels.

Nice
It is just a room with a bathroom attached but it is done very well. There is plenty of room to move around for two people and all our stuff that we brought. It was clean and set up very nice. Coffee was even provided! I was in need of an actual knife and she brought one down for us. She even went thought ahead and brought a cutting board down for us to use as well. Also we saw moose while we were there!

Lovely little place!

Perfect little studio
This studio was just what we needed...basically an oversized hotel room with a comfortable bed, tv, and bathroom along with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot! What more could you need? Recommend 100%.

LOVED Madge’s Place
We loved staying here. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so cute, cozy and very clean. It had everything we needed and it was so dog friendly, including dog beds and toys. It’s hard to find somewhere to accommodate your dogs and this place definitely did. We hope to be back in the future!

Back to Civilization
Great 2 night stay after 9 days camping in Utah. Quiet location, but near shops and restaurants. Very dog friendly, as my boy met the owner’s and other neighborhood dogs. Saw a moose 50 yards from the porch. Clean room with lots of nice personal touches.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Wonderful, clean and cozy!!!Super dog friendly in a nice neighborhood close to town. The bed was so comfortable we slept longer than we normally would :). Would definitely recommend this perfectly peaceful home away from home.

Everything your looking for in pet friendly studio stay!
If you have always feared, staying in a rental, that allows pets, this one will put all your fears to rest. When the owner says they are pet friendly, they did not disappoint. From a stack of toys, a dog, bed, and a leash on the front porch to welcome your furry friend. The amenities did not stop there, everything inside was perfectly done. Warm, electric, fireplace, fresh, tulips, right down to the scented towels. The owner did not miss a detail. The property is definitely best. Suited to two adults. If that’s what you’re looking for, this property will not disappoint. We very much enjoyed our stay, and will make it a priority to utilize again.

Awesome place and host!!!
We loved staying here!!! We forgot a few items, but they host had thought of everything. Great cozy place and we saw moose (right by our front door) foxes, and lots of elk. Will definitely be back!

Cozy & Welcoming to All
Peggy is a phenomenal host! Not only does she pay attention to every detail for comfort of her guests, she is so very kind and accommodating to all! My son and I made a special, very long, trip home to Louisiana from Seattle, Washington with two precious additions to our small farm. Our one night stay here was after 2 full days of driving and a precursor to our longest drive to come, so a restful night was extremely important and absolutely accomplished during our stay. Peggy was very accommodating to our requests for this special scenario. We had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay and more! My son and I will never forget Peggy’s kindness during our stay and hope to visit again one day!

Getaway during house showings
So many properties won't take pets, and we needed all of us out of the house for realtor showings. This was an amazing find! Very welcoming, clean and cozy. It's more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Very nicely furnished and the bathroom is adorable. Thanks you for your hospitality! It was a great place to walk dogs, too!

It was perfect!
I planned a last minute snowboarding trip for my husband's birthday and was lucky to find this place. The place was perfect. It was clean and everything we could possibly need was there. She also left us two cupcakes with candles for my husband's birthday! So glad we found such a perfect spot on short notice.

Wonderful quiet dog friendly place
This place and the hosts were the best! Wonderful accommodations with super comfortable king bed. Extremely dog friendly! And in the category of above and beyond, Madge (Peggy), even took care of our dog while we skied since the day started at 1 degree F and it would have been too cold to leave her in the car. SO nice!

Madge's studio was super cozy with lots of nice little details. The room was very comfortable and well stocked, with treats set out for both humans and dogs. Its in a convenient location close to Winter Park, but in a nice, quiet setting.

Fabualous location with great views and close to the outdoor beauty around Fraser and Rocky Mountain National Park. Room was very clean and included toiletries in case you forgot. Snacks and dog treats/toys were a nice touch and owner was very welcoming of pets. Would definately stay again next time we're in the neighborhood

Wonderful Stay

Perfect for mountain vacation
Just a beautiful place to stay for 1-2 people. Great location. Madge was just he nicest person & so accommodating. The room was spotless, big bathroom with walk in shower! Small fridge, microwave, coffee maker. I’ll keep this on my list if I get to CO again.

Great stay at Madge's!
Peggy was great with communication! The property was as described, very clean and tidy! We brought our pup and she thoughtfully set out a few toys for her. Small fridge with a fully stocked ice tray was awesome for our drinks. Bed was comfy and clean. Peggy has thought of everything you may need and has it there just in case! Wish it wasn't so muddy so we could have explored the area more, but thats why they call it mud season! Great experience, thanks again Peggy!

Above and beyond
Our trip to Fraser, Granby, and Winter Park, staying at Madge’s Place was everything we could have asked for, and more. Not only were the accommodations clean, cozy, and comfortable, she even helped us find an extra night stay at a neighbors place when there was nothing available due to impending severe weather conditions in the mountains. She provided a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and I don’t think I ever saw her without a smile on her face!

Not only is Madge's Studio in a great location and very clean, it is truly a warm, welcoming abode to come home to after a long day exploring the area. Perfect Hideaway
Cannot say enough good things about my four weeks at Madge's. I introduced myself to Madge and Denny by sliding my car into a heap of snow, and they so graciously shoveled and pulled it out. Although my mishap was extra work for them, they were absolutely gracious. This was just the first time they went above and beyond. The rental is clean, lovely and comfortable, with all the thoughtful touches that make it special. I skied most days, and used the parking system at WP. The entire process was extremely convenient. My doggie was welcomed with love, and she was able to go off leash, make friends with furry neighbors and dig madly in the snowy fields. If she could write, she would also give five stars.
