Founders Pointe 4473 Ski In Ski Out Winter Park

Founders Pointe is located just across from the Base at Winter Park Resort Village and considered a ski in ski out condominium complex. The 10-person new gondola at Winter Park Resort is 200 yards from the lobby door of Founders Pointe. Take a break from skiing and walk back to the condo for lunch or to warm-up. Winter Park Resort Base Village also has shopping, restaurants, and bars for your entertainment. The free shuttle stop is located just across the street so you can ride into downtown Winter Park and back for free.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps up to 4 and is located on the fourth floor with views of amenities deck and views of the resort from the balcony. You will find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a microwave convection oven for making meals at home. This one bedroom at Winter Park Resort base has comfy seating and a queen sleeper sofa, with a flat screen tv.

The dining table seats 4. Just off the living room, you will find the balcony with views of Winter Park Resort and overlooks the amenities deck.  The bedroom has a king bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a soaking tub to relax in and riding the slopes at Winter Park Resort and a walk-in shower.

Park in the heated garage,  the cost per day per vehicle during ski season is $21 and there is a $3 service fee during the summer season.

Founders Pointe is located just across from the base of Winter Park Resort, a short 200-yard walk to the gondola. This condominium complex features an activity deck with a large outdoor hot tub, seating, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ grills for guests' use. You will also find a coin-operated laundry room on the third level. The private ski locker, bike storage and ski lockers are all located on the main level of Founders Pointe at Winter Park Resort.
