The place is questionable for passing minimum codes. Very low room occupancy.. slightly hat the hook to entice. Customers.. and once committed with the lowest rate in Winston. And because of no occupancy other revenue streams are aggressively exploited with a fairly obvious motive the cause.. rules vary from room conditions to smoking and more.. a friend opened the window and one cigarette out the window cost $50 a fine.. actually if any smell was detected it would have enhanced the rooms conditions when entered.. the filth and suspicious peoples accessing 100% of buildings facilities with no questions..caused serious concerns of with several tenants on our floor. To respectfully impose a heavy forfeiture of room deposits, some damage should occur, such as touching the entire property.. short of that anything else should be considered an improvement.. and tenant compensated like the 6-8 contractors with building supplies littered
throughout the inside of this property..
