Weekday breakfast options : hard boiled egg. Denver omelet, bread, sausage patties, a couple types of cereal, a bowl with some plain yogurt, juice and coffee or tea. Weekend added French toast one day and pancakes the other.

The property was great, very friendly staff. We were allowed to checkout late at no extra cost. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The only issue was we had to pay extra $12 per night for parking.

It’s safe and convenient, walkable to fast food and many popular restaurants. The Forks market and the Riverwalk Trail are only 10 minutes away. Excellent transit connections. The hotel itself is a little rundown. I was disappointed that some of the advertising short photos of the Pool and hot tub, which have not been maintained. The daily breakfast was very good. I found it a very relaxing place to stay.

I'm not sure what was unique about it, as I was never able to stay there. I was injured a few days prior to my trip, and inquired with Expedia if I could change dates. They said that the Humphrey did not allow it, I spoke with a representative at the Humphrey who said it would be no problem to change the dates on my reservation. I had two different agents through Expedia confirm that it would be okay to change my dates, and I was good to go. I have screenshots of the entire conversation history. I even said that if it were not possible to adjust my reservation I would like to know as then I would at least have stayed in the hotel that night in lieu of having to cancel the rest of the trip. I was informed days after I could have stayed at the hotel, that not only would I not be able to have my dates change thus leaving me with nowhere to stay after changing the rest of my travel plans and needing somewhere to be that night, but also being out a substantial amount of money that will not be returned or usable. Extraordinarily unhappy with Expedia, and to an extent the Humphrey.

In the last year we have stayed at the Humphry Inn several times for medical appointments. We travel 6 hours to Winnipeg. My mom requires a comfortable chair to sleep in. The rooms usually have high backed comfortable chairs. This is why we stay there. Upon arrival 10:30 pm, we noticed the chair in our room had been switched out for a low back barrel chair. I asked to switch rooms to ensure my mom would have somewhere suitable to rest. The gentleman working the desk appeared extremely annoyed with my request. He reported that all chairs had been switched out 4-5 months ago. I asked him to please look as we had been there in March and were happy. After checking 3 rooms we finally found a room with a chair that would accommodate. If you work in the service industry and don’t want to be pleasant or provide a friendly service, maybe it’s not for you. When travelling that far for stressful appointments, we don’t appreciate staff that are annoyed with us.

Very average facility with leak damage in the ceilings, some even with mold. The sink was cracked and the bathtub plug didn’t work and the breakfast is below average. Location is good and the staff was very friendly.

This is a reasonably priced hotel in downtown Winnipeg. The location is great and the breakfast is decent. The gym is very small and only has four cardio machines. Unfortunately both of the treadmills were not in proper working condition. I would stay again! Very good value.

Friendly staff greeted us. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable. It was a Roku TV, which was fine, but we were not able to watch any local news. The elevator was surprisingly quick. The breakfast had a good variety. I would stay there again.

This is a plain older hotel, which is fine for me. There could be a bit more selection for the breakfast, we did come late and there were not a lot of guests so that is a factor. I don’t like to see food wasted. Price before taxes and extras was in the 170 range. Prices have really spiked since Covid, which means I for one will stay in hotels less often.

Wonderful room for the price. Comfortable beds, clean facilities, helpful front desk staff. Very close to 'the forks' which had an incredible dining market. Very pleased. Only downside for us was no cable tv - there was a roku and you had to sign into your own streaming subscriptions.

Property was clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Continental breakfast we would rate 1 out of 5, not a lot of options and disappointing in quality and flavour. Tim Hortons is two blocks away.
