"Nice hotel. Family friendly, lots of kids. Some bad cleaning in the room (the downlights had brown spots on them in the bathroom, went away easily, didn’t try to remove it myself in case it was sh*t). Breakfast wasn’t included. I ordered included, but to my surprise the «package» was only for 2, not all 4 of the party, had to pay extra every day. The breakfast was good, but not varied - it was missing simple things like cheese and ham and other fillings, spreads and cold cuts. A lot of fresh fruit which was nice.
Nice rooms and a lot of elevators. Polite staff. All in all a good hotel with a great location on Waikiki, with some improvement-areas. Lastly, there were no lifeguards on duty in the pool, and poolwater was never during our stay «fresh» and clear. Looked grumsy. "
