Host was very accommodating and prompt with her responses. Home was spacious, clean and super cozy. I was having issues connecting to one of the TV's and she immediately sent someone over to help resolve the issue. The person she sent was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed fixed. When I get the chance to visit again (maybe next month), I do hope this "home away from home" is available again :)

The host was very welcoming and responsive. The home was very clean with extra touches like LOTS of plugs, coffee pods, plenty of towels and a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the shower. The water pressure was strong and the shower had two shower heads, both with multiple settings.

upon first arrival the steps leading into the house were noticeably chipped and unkept, which is not a great first impression. Getting into the house was easy, and upon first glance the house looks nice, but the kitchen revealed that there is a lot of improvements and cleaning that need to be done. the cabinets underneath were dirty, the dishes in the cupboards were also noticeably old- cheap. the light in the kitchen overhead did not work- so we cooked essentially in the dark. the heat in the master bedroom does not work- so it was cold. I Wish I could say will be back- but we won't.

excellent property, great value, good location. very clean. Only 1 minor issue and a couple of siggestions: we seen too many carpenter ants(large black) throughout the house. Suggestions: extra pillows and blankets and it might be helpful to have at least 1 grab bar in the tub/shower. We would stay here again when in the area.

I had another wonderful stay here. As always, the house was immaculately clean, super comfortable and enjoyable. The host has excellent communication and does a great job. The property is so beautiful in the summertime. I did not realize how gorgeous the landscaping was as I had been there in winter before. The lilies are just gorgeous and smells so good. The whole property is really lovely. I like the little fenced in patio area with the fire pit and seating a lot. Look forward to staying here again and again.

Comfortable Stay

My family and I were staying in town visiting friends. The house is lovely to stay at and well appointed. Communication with our host was easy and prompt. Mom loved the bathroom setup. The only thing I would change is maybe a streetlight near the driveway, but that could be because I am terrible at finding new places at night. We would absolutely stay here next time we visited.

Going back home.

The house looked old on the outside outside but we was very impressed when we walked in. My wife and I loved it. Plan on staying again. Plus my Mom house is down the street. We noticed that the house has a few issues but we liked it, alot. We had a problem with the lock, had no problem contacting the host. Everything was very nice.

Spacious Comfortable Home

Lovely house, well featured and accommodating for a home away from home while working in the area. Host was detailed and clear in check-in check-out procedure and the space was comfortable to be in. Would stay again if I were in the area!

OK for New Listing

Check In Easy; Timely response from Host Lacking; Cleanliness needs improvement in kitchen and misc items from someone's shopping trip in front BR (pins and clothing stickers stuck to door frame); Very humid for May, after late reply Host did offer to install A/C, however per my request a NEW fan was provided much appreciated! Dunkin & discount groceries w/in 1 block; easy to navigate commute. Loud Neighborhood; Front BR Bed needs improvement (woke up sore and bed is seriously loud). Overall it was acceptable and I appreciated the stay vs a hotel, with room to roam about the unit. As unit is rented more, new listing host will gain insights and improvement. Suggestion, given ample space in unit would be to provide a roll away bed in a closet with a blanket and some additional pillows.

Weekend getaway!

First off the house was exactly as pictured. The check in process was fairly easy and thank you to Lynn for being accommodating and allowing my family to have a later check out then listed. My only complaints for this property would be that the house wasn’t cleaned properly prior to our check in. There were visible hair strands in the bathroom shower, the bathroom sink does not drain properly/very slowly. Other than these two points our stay was wonderful and I would book again the next time I’m in town!

Third stay here consistently awesome

This is such a great property, I spent a whole month with three separate stays adjacent due to travel planning and the host was wonderful. The house is really beautiful and in a great neighborhood and it’s very comfortable and super clean. This will be a regular for me in the Hartford area. I’m looking forward to seeing what the beautiful landscaping is like in the spring and summer too.

Another wonderful stay

I had another wonderful stay here at this beautiful property. This is my second of three reviews because I booked them separately before I knew my full travel schedule. The property is exactly as listed and even better. The host does a great job. The home is very comfortable. Despite a massive snowstorm, I was warm and cozy. Snow removal was done and nothing interrupted my stay. The bedrooms, both have very comfortable beds. The shower is terrific with abundant, hot water and pressure.. The house is nicely designed and set up with a good flow all on one floor no stairs inside. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in and in the spring and summer. I look forward to visiting here again so that I could make use of the beautiful outside patio area that is fenced in with furniture and a fire pit. I absolutely recommend this host and property.

Beautiful comfortable house with excellent host

I had such a good time here that I actually added three more weeks so this is the first of three reviews as I booked them separately. The host was really nice working with me and the associate that supports any household requests as well. Everything works perfectly, but the host associate was nice to come and anticipate the batteries on the smart lock would be running low and came and changed them along with leaving me extra snow melt, and a shovel after clearing the walkways. The house is well laid out and comfortably furnished. It’s also been great for me working remotely. The neighborhood is quiet and really nice yet accessible to so much great shopping restaurants and the highway nearby. Everything is exactly as listed and even better. This will be a regular second home for me in the Hartford area.

Check-in Issues

We were very unhappy with the availability of the property manager upon our arrival. We were not given a phone number to contact only the email address. We had an issue with the heat right off and we were not able to get help for several hours. The house stayed cold most of the time, and every time we left for an extended period we returned to find the heat turned down to 62. Once reset to our comfort range it took 3 hours or more to reheat.

Home away from home!

Our visit at this VRBO was almost excellent… the only issue we had was with theTVs. We could not get the TVs in the bedroom to work. Cleanliness was exceptional! Availability of food/meal supplies was great. It was nice that there was ice already made for us. The towel and wash cloths were fluffy and absorbent. The queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. We cannot say there was anything that did not meet expectations! Anyone would be comfortable there. We would book again.
