Fine store luftige rom, veldig god seng, dyne og puter, flott stort bad med stor dusj.

Property was very close to the Caesars at Windsor. Easy accesible for our concert. The kids stayed with the grandparents while we went over to the casino for a couple hours. Pool is child friendly. Excellent spacious rooms with seperate living room area

The hotel was everything I expected and more. Beautiful view, close to casino, shopping and restaurant… we didn’t get greeted with our Double Tree cookies but we got them the next day… our suite was the perfect size

Have stayed at Caesar's Windsor many times. Have stayed at the Double Tree twice now while in Windsor. Just a great hotel. Friendly intelligent staff. Check in is effortless. Caesar's Windsor check-in is a nightmare. Not easy at all and the staff frequently have to get a manager to help them. Not at the Double Tree. Comfortable rooms. Excellent beds. Quiet. Great bathroom.

This was the first time I booked a suite and I was very pleased. The only weird thing was the wifi, which was free for 7 days? I only needed 1 day, so that’s fine, but it makes me wonder about future bookings at Hilton hotels.

Parking (payment) was not made clear - was told we are getting a parking 'pass'. Well it's not a 'pass' but just a ticket to get in and out. Rooms were amazing!! Very noisy the morning we were there - garbage pick up 5:30AM!!!

Great stay despite the carpet being very wet in the corner of the room. We let the staff know and they sent someone up to take a look right away. People were friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, location on the river was fantastic. What more could you want….

The bartender Kater was Awesome!!!!! Very personable, made me feel right at home. Gorgeous bar/restaurant. My Stellas were ceispy cold just how I like. I will definitely be back!!!

Location number 1. Clean.. lssues. lack of towels. Bar of soap had been used. Confusion getting from parking garage in and out. Sharing site with other hotel left restaurant no signs at elevator and wound up in lobby of other hotel.

For your reference, there are signages that is posted by the garage entrance, inside the elevators, and the passageway on the 3rd floor that connects to the hotel. We appreciate your understanding, and we are sorry again for the inconveniences on your experience.
