Incredible location!
My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon and we had a great time. The location is literally unbeatable. We walked most places, and anywhere we drove was less than 10 minutes away. Place was relatively well stocked, beds were pretty comfortable, and communication and check in were great! The couch is not very comfortable so if you’re like us and want to snuggle up for a movie after a day of exploring, be prepared 😂 also the salt and pepper shakers were both empty, but that was a minor inconvenience, just be sure to check before stocking up on any groceries you might get! Otherwise we had a fabulous and comfortable stay. Would definitely return next time we are in wimberly!

It sounds like you had a wonderful babymoon! Having such a convenient location must have made exploring and enjoying your time together even more special. It's great to hear that despite a few minor inconveniences like the couch comfort and empty salt and pepper shakers, your stay was still fabulous and comfortable overall. Great location
House was great and location is unbeatable, literally 2 steps from any restaurant or shop. Backyard was great with hot tub and privacy. I will say that the first picture of the house makes it look like it's in a forest but it's very much in the middle of town. Old house but was cute and functional. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but overall great stay!

Getaway
My husband and I wanted to getaway after Christmas. This place is in a prefect location to the square. We were able to walk to everything. I would suggest this house and would go back again.

Love the cottage!
This was our second stay at the cottage, and have recommended it to other family and friends who have stayed there as well. It is a cozy, comfortable, quaint cottage, located in the heart of the square, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit over our New Year’s visit. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Charm and location
I came to Wimberley to attend an event and meet up with friends. A charming, well appointed cottage walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops and a short drive to everything else. This was my second time at this property and I will be back.

Downtown Wimberley
We enjoyed are stay very much. It was clean and just right for us. We liked being tight in downtown Wimberley. Only issues we had were the toilet handle has to be jiggled to stop running and there were red wasp buzzing around the front door (no one stung). Thanks for having us!

Homey and close to shopping
My sister and I came for a girls getaway in remembrance of our mom. This is our second time staying in the house and we loved it just as much this time as we did last time. It’s located in the shopping area so you just walk out your door and you’re in town. But even with it being that close to town it’s still very quiet.

This place is great. You can walk to the market square, no need to Uber. It was private enough for us. We used the hot tub after going for a hike. This would be a great place for family or single couple or girls weekend. Wonderful all around.

Bungalow had broken toilet and no after-hours maintenance
I booked the Bungalow for a romantic weekend getaway and learned shortly after arriving that the only toilet in the house was broken and did not flush. Since it was after 5pm, I called the Hill Country Premier Lodging’s after-hours emergency line to request maintenance and I was informed that they could not send anyone out to fix the toilet until sometime the next day. Plunging did not resolve the issue and we could not go 12-15 hours without a functioning toilet so decided to check out and cancel our getaway. Be forewarned that Hill Country Premier Lodging does not provide after hours maintenance so your whole vacation could be tanked if something as basic as a toilet is out of service.

We are so sorry you experienced this disappointment. Unfortunately when guests contact us after 8pm we are unable to dispatch a plumbing company at that hour, we have to wait until the following day. We did troubleshoot with you but it appeared to require more than a simple plunger. We did fully refund your reservation due to this unfortunate situation. Fun fall weekend
Right in the middle of town and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Floors are a little uneven and wonky, bath mats needed washing, but otherwise clean. Beds were comfortable.

Nice in town rental!
Great location! Very cute, clean, in town rental for 2-4 people with everything you could want - plenty of dishes/towels/bedding/paper goods - but bring your own wine bottle opener! Also welcomed the non-toxic soaps. Comfortable private back yard too. One downside was the couch/fouton is not comfortable and towels need a good soak in vinegar and baking soda to make them white. Will stay again for sure!

Catching up in a charming home away from home
My girlfriends and I had an amazing time at this adorable bungalow. We were impressed with the additional essentials that were provided such as: coffee, plastic plates, creamers for coffee, and a complimentary wine bottle. The little things made it extra special. We also enjoyed the outside jacuzzi with privacy provided throughout the property.

Cute little place right in the square
Super cute little house seconds from the Wimberly Square! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go for the first day and it was great! It was still nice and quiet even with the proximity to the square.

Wimberley Weekend
Perfect little spot to enjoy Wimberley. So close to the square, yet also tucked away and peaceful. The house was nice, clean, and stocked full of whatever we needed. They even provided a wagon that we did not expect, but did take advantage of with our toddler. I would consider renting again for sure.

Perfect girls trip!
We chose this property because of its proximity to town and the hot tub. We were pretty bummed that at least 90% of the stores were closed on New Year’s Day, and the hot tub never got above 98 degrees. It was warm but not hot. Learn how to work the remotes for the ac/heating units before an arctic blast rolls in overnight and you wake up to a frozen nose and toes!!! Overall, the rental was well equipped, beds were comfy enough, I will definitely rent again!!!

Adorable cottage close to shopping
We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The house is in a great location, right in the heart of shopping, and close to restaurants. The hot tub wasn't hot enough to be able to use, but it was fine. The plumbing is old and it shows, but otherwise the house is lovely and we would definitely come back again! (My only other suggestion would be more comfortable living room seating. We had a couple cold/rainy periods and wanted to relax at the house, but the living room seating wasn't great. That wouldn't stop us from coming back though!)

Another Great Stay!
This is my second visit staying at the cottage. I love how close it is to the Square…so close that you can drop off bags when shopping and keep on going. The cottage is fresh and bright inside with everything you need. Beds are comfy and got to use the hot tub too this time. Restaurants are close and lots to choose from.

Anniversary trip
The property was perfect! It is ideal because it is within walking distance of everything in downtown Wimberley. This location is absolutely perfect! The house was perfect. Lots of towels and necessities. The hot tub was magical and we enjoyed it every night! Thank you!! We will definitely be back!

I believe this property has seen better days
Cute cottage at excellent location in close proximity to all the shops and restaurants, comfortable beds... However, our stay was spoilt by cob webs on the windows (on the inside) full of bugs and spiders. Since the head of the bed is orientated next to the window, I went ahead and dusted the windows... After I swept the windows, Mr. Cockroach and his wife appeared.... So that kept me and my friend busy trying to chase them out. I kept listening for the sounds of the creepy crawlies for the rest of the night, besides the noisy toilet refilling itself what felt like every 10 minutes. The patio furniture was dirty. I almost forgot to mention the stinky Keurig coffee maker full of old moldy water. We didn't use the hot tub so I can't comment on that, but it looked ok. Over all, this property needs pest control and proper clean!

Cute, convenient cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint little cottage. The pictures don't do it justice! The beds are super comfy, the kitchen well-stocked with coffee & fixins, the backyard, patio & hot tub were amazing! The only criticism we found was that the toilet didn't flush well. It took 2 flushes before it would work. Other than that, it was perfect! The location was great -so convenient to Wimberley Square! The Wimberley Cafe was literally around the corner. It was a very much enjoyed girl's weekend!

It was disappointing that there was a whole pile of dirty towels left in the bathroom and water stains in the closet of the front room, toilet didn’t flush great, and the furniture was not very comfortable. The house is super cute overall, just don’t look to hard. The check in and out was easy and it’s located close to the little shops.
