Welcome to our RV Hideout in the Texas Hill Country. The Rolling Oaks area provides a full luxury glamping experience complete with 3.5 acres of wooded country with wildlife, garden, hammock and fire pit, with pet friendly and romantic vibes, this is a perfect fully equipped RV for a night away from the city.

Also located on this 3.5 acres are other accommodations spaced to maximize privacy (A Tiny Home, and a 1 bed/1 bath Bungalow).
The space
This RV space is nestled on 3.5 acres in a DARK SKY community. This means no light pollution. You will enjoy beautiful starlit nights with an incredible view of the stars through our powerful telescope. This property is next to a community garden for you nature lovers. It is untended, allowing the sprawling wild to absorb you and connect you with nature.
Deer and other wildlife are common here, be careful on the roads. You will see deer nearly every day. The property is tucked away into a quiet neighborhood with dead end roads-meaning you will hear little to no road noise from the space.
The Luxury RV is fully equipped with a gas range, gas grill, outdoor table, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, freezer, fridge, 2 TVs (one in each room) and a bathroom.
We have mood lighting installed so you can control the setting of your experience.
The RV comes equipped with Roku devices and WiFi, allowing you to connect to your favorite streaming apps (just make sure to log out when you're done!) a retro video game console with over 3000+ titles, an AM/FM radio, and boards games to satisfy the indoorsy people.
Are you more of an outdoors person? Enjoy the hammock and firefly lights, our fire pit, outdoor grill and table or a stroll around the property.
Bringing your fur babies? No problem. You will have water and food bowls and the RV is pet friendly, please just be mindful of the space and keep them off the bed.
With a queen mattress and a fold out full size sleeping arrangement, the RV can accommodate up to 4 people, although we think 3 is the most you should fit comfortably. (We're warning you ahead of time, because 4 people is possible but makes it feel cramped).
The property has a fenced in dog park, other rentals (see our other listings) spaced and fenced for your privacy and theirs, and is teeming with wildlife to make your stay an enchanting and romantic visit into nature.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire wooded property, The area around RV spot, and the fenced in dog area. Please be respectful of other guests that may be on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a LUXURY RV site. Tent camping and/or car camping are not permitted.
As you approach the property address there are 3 driveway entries. Yours is the last (3rd) driveway close to the RV fencing.
Please park behind the RV or on the left side of it.
Other things to note:
IMPORTANT! The AC must be managed responsibly! It must NOT be set on AC High as this will cause the AC unit to freeze if left on too long. It must either be set to AC low or manually set it to 71 degrees or higher.
We have other units that share the property.
The first is our tiny home, which you can see when you park. It is fully fenced for privacy.
The second is our bungalow that is a house, with door facing the other side of the property. You probably won't even notice those homes are there while you are enjoying this amazing RV space.
IMPORTANT! Since this is an RV, tanks will need to be released manually. We will provide you instructions during your stay. It is really simple and takes about 5-7 minutes. If this is something you are uncomfortable with, our cleaners can usually take care of it for short stays (1-2 days). But for any stays 3 days or longer, the tanks can fill up fast, especially the grey water tank. So please be aware of this before booking! Thank!
