I am concerned about the safety for the guests on 1st floor in that the exterior door for the rooms on 1st floor is not always closed and locked. On one instance, a rock was placed inside to keep the door open; on another occasion, the door had not fully closed. This is very concerning!

We are sorry about the noise issue that you encountered in your room. In the future, always address the issue with the front desk staff so they can fix the issue at time of the issue. As I attempted to explain to you, whenever going through a 3rd party you should contact them first with billing issues... we cannot change billing when you go through a 3rd party. Thankfully the room was very clean, breakfast was great, and the staff is amazing. I hope you have a great day.

Area feels safe, parking is easy, receptionist at front desk is amazing!! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Feel like I’ve found a gem of a hotel while traveling.

Overall a very nice, clean place. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was so-so. Great tv in room. Bathroom was basic.

I would call in advance to double check if the room you are booking is actually available. After driving long hours only to reach the hotel and find the room I booked was not available. I booked a double queen room and was placed in a 1 queen room with a couch. Room was clean, but missing soap and extra sheets/pillows. Manager was rude/blunt and unable to accommodate or provide additional compensation for the mistake. Hotel itself is fine, just the details around it made our stay complicated.

Great stay....as expected!
We were making the trip for an event at Wesleyan College and this was the obvious choice based on reviews, pictures, etc. We were very pleased to discover that we made the right choice! Very clean, very friendly, fair rates and the continental breakfast was excellent!! For these and many other reasons we highly recommend this Fairfield Inn in Wilson, NC!
