With the Green Mountain National Forest right in the back yard, guests will be spoiled for choice when it comes to hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing, with the Mt. Haystack Trail starting just outside the door. In the wintertime, you can make first tracks on the slopes of Mt. Snow Resort, just eight miles away. The shopping, dining, and other amenities of Wilmington are within easy reach and nearby community amenities at Chimney Hill Clubhouse include indoor and outdoor pools and a game room.
At the home itself, you’ll love the quiet, serene surroundings. Spend mornings sipping coffee on your deck if the weather agrees, and evenings soaking under the stars in the private hot tub. Inside, you’ll find the same peaceful, tree-lined view thanks to the wall of windows on the deck. The cozy-yet-open layout combines the dining area, living room, and full, well-equipped kitchen. Put on your chef’s hat and turn out favorite recipes with the help of the full suite of stainless steel appliances, then serve them up family style at the adjacent table.
Chilly evenings are made for snuggling up on the sectional while you stream the latest release and the kids play foosball in the den downstairs. Keep dinner simple with steaks on the grill, then head back outside to the hot tub for a soak before bed. Sleep will come easy in any of five comfortable bedrooms, where you can drift off dreaming of your first - and next - dreamy Green Mountain day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
