This unit is apartment 4, a second floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen and 9 ft ceilings. We specialize in short term stays for medical professionals including travel nurses, medical students, and business professionals needing a beautiful place to stay while working in Wilmington.
The Space:
Stretch out in the huge master bedroom with the most comfy king sized bed ever, enjoy having a cup of coffee at the dedicated coffee bar and cook in the bright and sparkling newly renovated all white kitchen with penny tile backplashes. The cozy living room has plenty of seating options with a couch, reclining chair and sleeper futon chair that folds completely flat for a third guest to sleep. This apartment has central wall mounted HVAC with separate adjustable zones and a tankless water heater so you will always be the perfect temperature. The bathroom is newly renovated with gorgeous black and white penny tile with a 48 inch shower with spa shower head, 30 in vanity with plenty of storage space, overhead heating fan so you are toasty getting out of the shower, and perfect vanity lighting for getting ready. There is a private stacked washer and dryer in the unit!.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to our quiet neighborhood, Cool Springs, which is situated along Pennsylvania Avenue near our neighbors Ursuline and Padua Academies. Take a stroll down the block to tranquil Cool Springs park with fountains and walking areas and benches to enjoy walking your dog or going for a quick run. Trolley Square is our next door neighborhood with all the best bars and restaurants in the city. Enjoy the close proximity to Trolley Square's social offerings without the parking congestion.
Getting Around:
We are only blocks away from both North and South 95 on ramps, minutes from downtown Wilmington, 9 minutes from Nemours/AI DuPont Children's hospital, 4 minutes from St. Francis and Wilmington Hospitals. We have free street parking. Our street is a double wide street with plenty of spaces.
Other Things to Note:
There are other units in this building. Two 1 bedrooms on the first floor, two 1 bedrooms on the second floor and a 3 bedroom on the top floor. We strive to have a quiet building, however, it is possible you may hear other guests in other apartments. We do not tolerate guests making excessive noise that disturb other guests.
We do not allow cats on our property. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval only. You must pay the $100 pet fee in order to have your reservation approved for your pet. There is a $500 undisclosed pet fee.
