Wonderful Location!

Porch is amazing! Very thoughtful accommodations by the owner - Beach gear in downstairs closet, hooks for towels on the porch, plenty of kitchen utensils, stocked with cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. This location is awesome for fully taking in Carolina Beach.

Property is in a great location. You have great views of the ocean and the lake. The ocean side porch is excellent for children and family time. It is within walking distance to town. The park at the lake is excellent for children. Only draw back is if you are carrying a lot to the beach you can't use a cart or buggy at the beach access which is directly across from the home. There is a ramp access a little down the road. Overall I would recommend.

Nice location, needs a deep clean and better cleaning between guest.

Great location but the place needs a deep cleaning. Not going to go in all the details but there were lipstick stains on 3 of the glasses. We did some surface cleaning the first nice and washed most the dishes to make sure they were clean. The over all setup is great. Need 2 keys in lock box instead of one. It was frustrating to have to make sure who ever had the key would he back when the other got back. I would prefer to have linens stock when i rent a place but i understand why they do not. We did not see if they had them or not when we booked. The week before we got down there, we emailed to verify if they had them. We didnt like the response of "its clearly marked in the description" from the owner. That the only question we asked the while time. Couldnt figure out how to get the tv in the kids room to pick up service. Most places have a printed out list of details that tells you what to do. There were only small labels with barely anything on them. All and all, great location and nice place but they have got to get better organized and deep clean the place.

Carolina beach condo

Another great vacation

We have stayed at this condo many times and always have a great experience! The place is always clean, the owner is available and responds promptly, and the location can't be beat.... just park your car and walk to everything that Carolina Beach has to offer! Carolina beach

Smoke detector missing, fridge froze all our salad stuff, tv in guest bedroom not connected to internet. I reported this evening of arrival and would have expected some follow up with owner but no further communication. Sandy floors, cobwebs in chandelier, overall cleaning ok but nothing smelled like it had been sanitized ( I VRBO my property and we sanitize between each person and you can smell it) toilet seat in guest bath not clean. Internet went out Sunday and never came back up. Nice views, easy walk to beach. Disappointed that pool was already closed. Would not stay here again.

Loved the Condo

The condo was very cozy, clean, beautiful view of the ocean from one side, and the lake on the other side. Ronan was very communicative, had small issue with shower, he gave us a temporary solution. Also checked in with us mid week to make sure everything was still ok.

Beach Condo

Great location with direct beach access, within walking distance to the Pavilion and lots of restaurants. The main bedroom does need a new mattress for sure! and there were a few repair issues - microwave, main bath shower doors, kitchen oven - definite safety issues. Probably would pass on this condo for next trip due to extremely uncomfortable bed and repairs needed.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen supplies you would need. It was very close walk to the beach. Large porch with a beautiful ocean view. Boardwalk and restaurants were just a short walk. I would stay again next year.

Relaxing Vacation Spot

The condo was great, it came with several items to use to make packing us and 4 kids a little easier. Everything was clean and very comfortable feeling. Like a home away from home. Beautiful views and the owners were great. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to relax.

I have 3 kids- 2 weren't with us this time- but I remember worrying about how much noise they made when we stayed places where others would be affected. So, I'm very tolerant of child noises.... HOWEVER that would be my one complaint at this home. It seems this is a recurrent theme in the reviews. The upstairs family must live there full time. It was crazy how long that child ran the floors! Hours on end, back and forth, non stop. Even after we went to bed. That child must never sleep. My 10 year old was even like "wow"! Lol this is not the fault of the owner though. With that being said, safe, good location., comfortable, great communication with owner. Clean, but floors could be mopped in between stays and main shower was very mildewed. Very close to the beach. Had a keurig! Comfy beds. Thank you!

Beautiful Views

This property is steps from the beach with access directly across the street from the unit. You can walk to many restaurants and gift shops. It’s across from a beautiful park with a lake of which you have a great view of on one end of the condo and a beautiful ocean view from the other side which was better than I expected once I arrived. Unit was very clean. Reserved parking spot(s) for the unit and checkin couldn’t have been easier. Would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay

Just got back home. This was a great property to stay at. Was easy to keep clean. All supplies we needed were already there to cook with. Cleaning supplies were there. Communication with the owners of the property was great. I will try and book it again the next time i go to Carolina beach. I will say the upstairs neighbors have kids and you hear them all day long running back and fourth but they were quiet during the hours that everyone is suppose to be quiet. This has nothing to do with the owners of this condo. Just expect that if you stay there. But it really wasn't that bad and we were not there most of the day anyways. Go ahead and make that booking. It's worth it. Great price as well.
