Staff was very nice and accommodating to request for an extra night. Shower water pressure very low which was disappointing. Breakfast items were adequate since it was included. Not much around the area. Farming equipment storage in the next door parking lot. Room could use some updating.

No toothbrushes available, and staff were hard to find, but everyone was friendly and facilities were clean. Great value.

Our stay was good. We originally reserved three nights, but had to change to two nights, and there was no problem with the staff in doing so after our arrival. Breakfast was your typical bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuit, gravy, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice could had more fresh fruit but overall it was good.. would stay again if I were in the area

1st and foremost their computer system was down. They were unable to give me a room. I asked about the refund. She said she didn’t have anything to do with it. That there was absolutely nothing she could do.

The property was clean. The only thing I didn't like was that there were over 300 rooms and they put all the guest in the same area. There were only 15 cars in the parking lot and we were all staying on the same floor. I would have liked to be more spread out because the walls were thin.

No bubbles no troubles?!
The hotel itself is fairly new. It’s way out in the country and the location is very quiet. However! Have you ever been to a hotel that did NOT have any soap?! Yep! No soap. Would you eat their breakfast? Front desk guy had no idea. We asked where to go for dinner and he suggested we order pizza to be delivered! We are in the heart of TX! We want Tex/Mex! I got online and found Enlaces Tex/Mex- absolutely fabulous food and service! And soap! Jus sayin!! No coffee creamer, coffee in the lobby was old and cold.

Nice hotel, breakfast amazing!
Very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was really good. The ONLY complaint, and I wouldn't even call it a complaint, is the shower is very confusing to figure out. You have to pull down from the nozzle and we almost didn't figure it out.

Staff at front desk extremely rude as well as being angry with guests during breakfast. No soap or tissues in room. Had to ask for soap and still had no tissues.

Fairly new hotel very clean great staff. Amenities were great and loved the cleanliness of the continental breakfast area. Very nice will try to get this hotel again the next time we go up for Canton's First Monday. Thank you to everyone there.

Staff was great, food was good. Room had a weird smell to it, shower had zero water flow. We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Not the best stay
Our stay was ok…the office chair in the room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Other than that everything else on the property seems to be clean….especially for a 1st Monday weekend. The snack area had very little in the way of snacks for purchase….it didn’t appear to be restocked all weekend. Although there was a keurig in the room….I didn’t feel comfortable using it (you never know when those things were last cleaned) I would have liked to have coffee I. The evening and couldn’t because the coffee machine in the lobby was full of grounds and needed to be rinsed so it was locked.

Customer service lacking
There was never a person behind the desk. They did not clean my room, make my bed, or provide new towels for my 3 day stay. When I asked to have my room serviced, I was told they were short staffed and to put my trash in front of my door and if I wanted new towels, to put the dirty ones outside my door!

Good location
There are train tracks nearby. On Friday night it ran several times during the night. Likes to blow horn at the road crossing. Safety latch in the room needs tightening up. Definitely needs a better maintenance crew. Water damage with holes in ceiling above ice machine by elevator on 1st floor.

The property was great. The breakfast was fantastic. Only problem we had was the tv service on the 3rd floor was horrible. It kept losing connection.

Nice breakfast and room but issues with TV
Breakfast was good and the room was clean and spacious. Downside, the TV cable or satellite service wasn’t working properly and initially the phone didn’t work. They offered to move us but we had already unloaded our stuff and we were only staying one night.

I enjoyed the room, but the stations on the TV were terrible, the other people across the room I stayed at were very loud and had no respect. I also cleaned out the trash can because it had hair, seashells, a sticky substance and peanuts all stuck in the can. Other than that it was awesome. Great breakfast! Better than the Hilton Hotel.

I would rather camp in a park
I asked for a ground floor room, 10 days in advance. I got the top floor. My key wouldn't open the back door to the parking lot. The young man said " I'm sorry, it always works for me" There was left over food in the refrigerator, really! Bedding had obviously not been changed, lady wasn't happy about me requesting clean linen. I had to rekey my card every day when I returned,
