When we arrived, we checked in and our room was not clean, though it had been released for check in. The front desk staff was unhelpful, did not have any sense of urgency or empathy for the situation. We learned it was a much larger issue that just our unit, with more than 20 units that needed cleaned, and several families waiting in the lobby for access to their rooms. After over an hour waiting for housekeeping, or even a timeline for remedy, we opted to find lodging elsewhere. I did receive a refund for the stay, and the host was fine, but I would not recommend this property.
