Island perfection
We had four couples staying at the property and we felt that we had our own private oasis! The house looks like a model home for pottery barn. Super clean and comfortable! All the amenities you could need pool, hot tub, private beach, amazing carribean water! The kitchen came fully stocked including spices if you want to stay in and cook! Highly recommend in house dinner (grouper with lemon caper sauce and homemade key lime pie , omg yummy). We did not see one person on the beach the entire time we were there! Very remote so pack your snack or hit the grocery store on the way while passing through Georgetown. The roads to the house are bumpy so it makes the commute about 40 min to town. We only ventured out to eat to Blu, Santanna’s, Brea’s beach bar at Tropic of Cancer…All delish! We enjoyed our private boat charter picking us up IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE! Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting low key RELAXATION!

Couples trip in Exuma
The Silver Palms Villa was perfect for our group! Beautiful property with top notch accommodations all around. The pool and beach were wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the Gazebo overlooking the ocean. We also explored the island a little bit by car and boat. The owners and the house manager were very good about communicating with us and making sure we had everything we need. We will be back!

Beautiful Bahamas!
We LOVED our stay at Silver Palms. The property was absolutely stunning and the house was gorgeous. The beach was totally secluded and we enjoyed spending time both indoors and out. It had everything we needed and more. The owners were super friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Their house felt like our home away from home.

Beautiful stay at this gorgeous home
We went to Exuma to celebrate my 40th birthday with a group of 10, plus one toddler. The home was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed! Check in was easy and Judy, the house manager, was very responsive to all our questions. The beach at the house is pristine and quiet (make sure to check out the stars at night!). The road to the home is a bit bumpy towards the end but it is well worth it! I'd highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous!
The property is beyond words beautiful! Our family stayed there to celebrate my 75th birthday and the surprise was on my them as I had not told them where we were staying. They expected the usual resort and got far more than that. The only cons: the last bit of road is treacherous but getting there was so worth it. The no-see-ems were beyond bad and even with repellent we all got chewed up. Even with that we would not have traded the wonderful experience.

Great Week In Exuma
Silver Palms is absolutely a beautiful place to stay on a private beach. This is by far the best VRBO house I have ever stayed at with the communication before the trip and services provided by Judy, the house manager. Judy provided three dinners for us at the house that were exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Another incredible stay at Silver Palms Villa!
I think this was at least our 8th stay at Silver Palms Villa and each time it is equally incredible! This place never gets old! Mark and Deb do an awesome job keeping the property clean, fresh, and stocked with everything you need/want for an awesome vacation! Everything is extremely comfortable and feels like your home away from home! We started coming to Silver Palms over 5 years ago and everything looks and feels as good as it did on our 1st visit! The pool and spa are fantastic, and the beach is out of this world! As always, Judy, the property manager, and her team do a great job arranging our rental car and taking care of all our grocery and alcohol shopping, and having everything ready at the house when we arrive! Silver Palms Villa is a no brainer!

Absolutely Beautiful
This property is truly a tropical paradise! The beach, pool area and home were all 5 stars. The home is well decorated and maintained. The outdoor pool/ patio/ cabana area has ample space and seating as well as a good selection of pool accessories. The beach area has gorgeous white, soft sand and is very private. The property is remote, it’s quite a drive to most supplies and activities. But, the property manager is very helpful with getting in the provisions you might need.

Incredible week in an equally incredible home
Having traveled to Exuma twice before, we have experienced other rental homes, and this one by far exceeded all of the others. It was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the decor was stunning. We had groceries delivered since we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. and enjoyed the few restaurants that were open during the off season. I highly recommend this house for families or couples…we will definitely consider renting this home again.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views
Our party of 13 adults and kids (ages 7 to 12) had a fantastic time at silver palms villa. The home is beautiful, the views are stunning and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items for cooking and vacationing. The outdoors has so many different areas to enjoy the property and ocean views and sounds. The location is remote so would definitely recommend renting a vehicle to be able to get around. Bring some bug spray for the sand flies!

Amazing Villa in Paradise
This house has it all. Our family had an amazing time. There were 6 adults and 2 children, 3 yrs and 3 months. This Villa has it all from games, to pool, hot tub, amazing beach to anything for appliances you need. We rented two vehicles for our group and would recommend rentals if you want to do any exploring. Judy can help you with that and any groceries you may need. We have many cherished memories from this trip. A beautiful island and even a more stunning Villa. We would definitely rent again. The owners have not missed anything here. Thank you Mark and Deb. Magical Vacation
Our family of 11 (aged 1-67) loved this amazing property. The home was comfortable, full of child friendly amenities and well maintained. The heated pool, hot tub and beach patio were used daily and the most perfect silver sand beach is just a few steps down from the patio. We’d read that it was a bit of an oasis away from Georgetown, so brought in groceries and either cooked or had meals catered every evening. There are two delightful seaside restaurants 10 minutes away and the amazing Tropic of Cancer beach 10 minutes in the other direction, though, which we loved discovering. We could not recommend more for families looking for relaxation, privacy and an ideal beachfront property!

Perfect Getaway!
We visited the Silver Palms Villa with our extended family of 10 (ages 5 – 74). The accommodations worked out well for the three families. The property was exactly as pictured and described. Very secluded location with a shell free beach for walking. The children enjoyed the pool and beach! The kayaks were an added plus. We prepared most of our meals at the villa – the large dining room table nicely accommodated our group. If you’re seeking a remote, stress free vacation destination, this is the place!

Paradise!
We had an awesome stay at Silver Palms Villa! The owners were very receptive to any questions or concerns we had before and during our stay. The house is better than the pictures depict! We all enjoyed every inch of this home, as it is much larger than pictures show. The outdoor space is amazing, we enjoyed coffee under the pergola on the water every morning as we waited for the day to warm up. There are so many beautiful spaces to enjoy throughout the day and plenty of shade to escape the hot sun and enjoy your favorite book. And the pool! It was the best! The ocean was fairly rough on our stay so the pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us, simply beautiful! We love to cook on vacation (many find that odd!) and this kitchen had it all! We made fresh bread every day, utilized the grill most nights and overall used the kitchen like a pro! The rooms were incredibly spacious with everything you would possibly need. It was very nice to come to a rental that had spices, basic cooking items, laundry detergent and dish detergent. Overall, we all loved our stay! A beautiful home and perfect location. Silver Palms fun
What an incredible property. Beautiful in its construction and even more so in it’s exquisite location in the Bahamas. Judy and her team were amazing. We did have to deal with a broken water heater during our stay, but, it was completely fixed with a brand new water heater in less than 16 hours. I think it would’ve taken longer to get fixed in the US than it did there. Incredible fun. So many laughs. The softest sand I have ever felt. Stunning waters. A little challenging to get to and off the beaten path, but very intimate. Thank you for sharing this incredible property with us.

Slice of Heaven
Wow, is all we keep thinking about our stay in Exuma this past week (1/17/22-1/24/22). Everything about this beautiful home was exactly as pictured and decorated so nicely. I am an interior designer and I was very impressed by all the details that were made and well thought out in this home. Our stay included two families both with children ranging from 5-12 years old and we all felt comfortable with plenty of space. The best part is once you step into the backyard, you enter complete bliss with everything you could ever want on a tropical vacation. We loved this house so much we rarely wanted to leave to go out and about which is different from previous vacations to other destinations. It is very private location so I would recommend renting a car if you want to venture out to restaurants or see the rest of the island. We rented a boat with private driver (Garvin Turtle) through Browns Marina and he was so great we hired him again to go out fishing. We are so sad to be back home and dream of visiting this slice of heaven again sometime in the future! Exuma Christmas 2021
We take a Christmas trip every year with our three adult children and their significant others. This year we returned to Exuma and stayed at Silver Palms. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and well laid our for our large group. The kitchen was well equipped for our daily breakfast preparation and the two nights we prepared dinner. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks, private beach and easily accessible snorkeling by the rocks to the right side of the beach. The location is quite remote, and the rental car provided by Judy was necessary for our daily trips to explore the island and visit restaurants for dinner. Only Santanas was open in Williamstown during our stay, requiring at least a 25 minute ride to other options in/near Georgetown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and only wish the location were convenient to more amenities.

A true week in paradise!
It's hard to describe how perfect of a vacation this was for our family of 11. 2 seniors, 4 adults and 5 kids aged 9 and under. This vacation was our first family trip in 2 years, and we could not have picked a better spot. We were looking for a 5-star remote house off the grid. Silver Palms exceeded every expectation 100 times over. The house is beautifully appointed, the pool so beautifully warm and fun, the hot tube under the stars is spectacular, and the ocean view will be something that we all will dream about for a very long time. The excursion to the pigs, turtles, and most specifically, the sand bar are memories we will hold onto to forever. Judy helped arrange a boat and made the day very seamless and memorable for our group. I could go on and on, but if you are considering Silver Palms, don't hesitate, please jump at the chance to stay at this beautiful house that is a true island paradise. Loved this place!!
This is a place that actually lives up to the pictures. The entire home is really well done, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary cookware/coffee/tea, and they even have books/games/printer that you can use which is a really nice touch. Keep in mind due to high tides you can't always use the beach, and this property is on the far side of the island so a rental car is definitely better than always trying to get a cab. We did have issues connecting with the house manager but the owners were super response even though the are located out of the country. We also booked Exuma Healing Hands Massage and she was amazing- she came right to the house. Tropic Breeze Restaurant's singing chef also came to the house for a private dinner- definitely a once in a lifetime experience. You must use Exuma Water Sports if you are going to see the pigs We also had a wonderful time chartering Exuma Blu catamaran. They are such wonderful people and the food is amazing! This was a great trip and I would 100% stay here again.

Our expectations were exceeded!
The property is as true to the pictures as I have ever experienced. Very clean, very well stocked kitchen. no neighbors (the pool guy was the only other person we encountered on our beach). 20 minutes from grocery/liquor store but only 3 minutes from Tropic of Cancer beach and it's just as awesome as described, with a beach bar and food. Santana's, Tropic of Breeze restaurants about 5 minutes drive and excellent bahamian food. Every inquiry I sent prior to arrival was answered very promptly by the owners and very much appreciated to ease the pain of traveling in covid times. We did have access to our own beach starting on day 2 of arrival and as a group of 50 y.o. geniuses on a friends trip, we surmized it was changing with the moon phase! Judy, the house manager, is very responsive to calls/texts and put us at ease by taking our luggage while we stocked up on groceries. She then led us to the house and made all arrangements for boat excursion to swim with pigs, starfish beach, Chat n Chill to feed the stingrays. THat is a must see and do! This place has raised our expectations for all future girl's trips so watchout......you'll want to come back just as we do! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Sad we had to leave, just when I was getting the hang of driving on the "wrong side" of the road!

Lovely Atmosphere
The house was great we went from the pool to the beach all day. The hot tub was so relaxing. The chef service was awesome!! A nice place stay if you want to relax.

Machen Visit
Property was very nice but we found it a bit remote. Perfect if you want to just go there and stay but challenging to get the large group that we had out to excursions. The remoteness of the location resulted in some expensive taxi rides.

As you know we are in the Tropic of Cancer Beach area amongst a community of beautiful homes and we believe our location is considered an advantage by most guests, away from the Queens Highway, in one of the most gorgeous areas of Exuma. As such, many guests do like to just relax at our home, taking advantage of the amenities, enjoying the amazing natural environment. Having said that, most choose to rent one or two vehicles as it is the most cost effective way to see the island if you are looking to do multiple excursions. As an aside, Little Exuma Tours, for example, is one boat tour company that will come directly to our home for pick up in front of the villa, weather permitting, for a great tour experience. Fantastic!!
We had a great time at Silver Palms Villa. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed Exuma. Judy was very helpful and booked us wonderful excursions. Pool and view are great. If you go, don't miss Preston's Sky Juice down at the Exuma Yacht Club in Georgetown, it can't be beat!

Paradise! Already planning our return!
My husband and I rented this gorgeous property for our family (7 yo son, 3 yo daughter), my brother and his family (wife, 2 yo daughter, 5 yo son), my parents, and my sister/her best friend. Everything was thought of at this home...and beautifully decorated in Pottery Barn. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality utensils/blenders/mixers/everything!, the layout of the bedrooms and house are perfect, games/DVDs/video console, and the amenities outside (grill, kayaks, life vests, pool floats, yoga mats, etc.) are flawless. The location is more remote, but we loved that. It's still a reasonably short drive to Georgetown/grocery/alcohol/meat with stunning views, 5 minute drive to both Santana's and Topic Breeze (HIGHLY recommend both!), and a quick drive to Brown's marina. We are in love with Little Exuma! The only thing I will point out is that in the photos of the house, there is a decent amount of beach at the bottom of the steps coming down from the home--when we were there, there was no beach/sand in front of the house. So when we walked down the steps, the waves were actually coming up onto the steps, even in low tide. When the ocean was calm (most of the time) we could carry the kids into the water and walk to the beach ~100 yards away for them to play. But it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't just walk down the steps to the beach/sand. We quickly got over it when we were in the crystal aquamarine water--nothing like it in the world! And pictures do not do it justice...we could have spent all 7 days in the ocean! Finally, we also arranged for two rental vans (very clean) and boat trip to see the pigs/Chat and Chill through Judy, the house manager. Priceless experiences, especially for the kids! If you are in the mood for a catered dinner, Judy and her sister are FANTASTIC! We highly recommend their lobster bisque and lobster tail. If you want massages at the home, we used Exuma Massage (Lyn)--she came with a second therapist and they gave massages by the pool overlooking the ocean all day. An experience we won't forget! This was truly a trip we will remember for a lifetime, and we are already dreaming about returning. Thank you to Mark and Deb for sharing their home!

Paradise on the Island
We thoroughly enjoyed a fabulous, dream-like vacation with our family. Quiet, remote and replete with all the amenities for some much-needed R & R. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival and led to this rapturous palace that was well-stocked for cooking, family water competition with kayaks and boogie boards, snorkels and even calming card and board games for a relaxing evening. No thought or idea was absent when it comes to furnishing a place for comfort and style. We will be back again as it was sad to say goodbye. Beyond my expectations
If you are looking for a beautiful home located on one of the prettiest private beaches, then this is it. This villa has a thoughtful floor plan to accommodate a wide range of guest. We had all adults, but this setup is great for families. Tasteful furnishings throughout and open floor plan was perfectly designed. The kitchen is well equipped if you decide to cook or plan on hiring a chef. Stepping out to the pool area you are greeted with a variety of patio furniture to enjoy the lush surroundings. The cliffside seating area with beach access has stunning panoramic views. We couldn't get enough of the hammock and adirondack chairs. The beach is only a short trip down the stairs and it's pure perfection. There are plenty of beach chairs, games, and kayaks to use. We spent most of the time down at the beach and had everything we could possibly need. The house manager is there if you need to make any arrangements (car service, chef, or anything). She is very responsive and made our stay perfect, Everyone that came said they would be back.

Fantastic home and unforgettable stay on Exuma
We were so thankful to find Mark and Deb’s home. Our trip was unbelievable for all of us. This home is exceptional and was much more then we could’ve asked for. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. We enjoyed the secluded beach and unbelievable views from the pool and deck. I think will miss morning coffee on the deck most of all! The pictures simply do not do this home justice. We were floored when we arrived and enjoyed every minute! So thankful for this amazing trip and stay at Silver palms!

Winter Break in Exuma
We just returned from a week in Exuma - The property, location were just perfect. Neither my wife, I or our friends could quite get enough of the beach - Morning coffee on the veranda overlooking the beach was just perfect - We joked that no photos could do it justice. The house was everything and more - While a little way out from Georgetown, it was ideal for a relaxing vacation - Our own remote piece of paradise. Thank you for letting stay at your beautiful home - Judy - Thank you for all of your help, assistance and guidance through the week. We have only been back a few days, but are already planning our next trip!!

The most beautiful villa, perfect for any occasion
The owners, Judy and her staff are amazing. They are quick to respond and can help you with anything you need(such as car rentals, excursions, or anything else you would like to know about the island). Judy's daughter was able to meet us at the airport and take us to the market and liquor store before arriving at the villa. The property is even better than the pictures. It's clean, well kept, and has the best views. We kayaked, swam in the heated pool, went in the ocean, laid in the hammocks that over looked the beach, and sat in the hot tub at night to look at all the beautiful stars. Our favorite part had to be that we had a private beach all to ourselves with the most breath taking water. Thank you Mark, Deb, and Judy for the best stay where we made memories that will never forget. We are already trying to find another time to come back!

Our Home Away From Home!
This was our 4th time staying at Silver Palms Villa in 2 years!!! This time, we stayed for 2 weeks!!! Can't get enough!!! My wife, 2 kids (boy 14, girl 11), and I absolutely love this island, the property, Mark & Debbie (Owners), and Judy Gray (Property Manager)!!! Everything is always well taken care of, clean, organized! Everything you think you need is there (even some things you didn't know you needed until you do)! The home is extremely spacious and comfortable! Mark and Debbie have done an extremely incredible job of making the home beautiful, high-end, and extremely homey! You will automatically feel relaxed and on vacation once you open the door! Another bonus (for us at least) is that it is very private as well! Unlike other properties on the island, Silver Palms Villa doesn't have a nearby neighbor for at least a half-mile in either direction! Mark and Debbie have supplied a ton of stuff to do as well at the home. Kayaks, Masks, Snorkels, Fins, Sand Toys, Yoga Mats, Life Jackets, yadda yadda yadda. Our kids are never bored! They also just installed a hot-tub overlooking the ocean!!! Great for night-time when you can just sit and stare up at the bazillion stars!!!! Judy is awesome too! From our very first stay, she has arranged for our rental car, groceries, alcohol, bags of ice, etc. so everything is ready to go once our plane lands. She, and the rest of her family, are a wealth of knowledge about anything Exuma. I have nicknamed her "The Mayor" because she knows everyone and everything!!! You need it, Judy is your go-to person! There are a bunch of great restaurants nearby as well; Santana's Chef Ann's Tropic Breeze For us, there is only one choice when we come to Exuma...SILVER PALMS VILLA!!!!

Better than pictures and the best management team!
Our stay at Silver Palm Villa was outstanding from start to finish. We were a group of 8 (2 couples with 2 kids each, age 2, 3, 6 and 6), and it was our first trip to Exuma. Mark was highly responsive to my many questions during booking and afterward. His property manager Judy got groceries for us upon arrival which was SO helpful as our flight was delayed, and so we were a bit later arriving to the house and so grateful that we didn't need to make a stop. Judy's son TJ met us at the airport with our rental vehicle, and escorted us to the villa. Her niece Allison met us at the rental and oriented us to the property. The villa is spectacular. It is unique to have two master suites, and was perfect for us as two families traveling together. The other rooms were great for our kids, and they even had two pack-and-play cribs for our little ones (in addition to pool and beach toys etc). We traveled in February, and the temperature was in the 70-75 range so I really appreciated the heated pool. We also enjoyed the new ocean facing hot tub - the experience of sitting in it at nighttime, with the beach waves and the stars in the sky was superlative. On several of the mornings, we took the quick drive over to Tropic of Cancer beach, which was beautiful. In the afternoons, we enjoyed the serenity of the villa and the pool. All in all, this house is even more beautiful than the pictures, is impeccably maintained, and looks like something out of a Pottery Barn catalog. I wanted to extend a special thank you to Judy and Wade, and really emphasize how much it meant to have such an outstanding property management team whose first interest really was taking care of the guests. When we realized all our luggage wouldn't fit in the van, they helped us with airport transfers. They secured coffee and beer for us when we ran out. They accommodated a slightly late checkout, and were highly responsive. Truly above and beyond compared to any other property I've stayed at. The only downside of our trip was that it was too short! After our 5 day stay at Silver Palm Villa we had to fly to Nassau for a work conference at Atlantis. The contrast between the serenity and beauty of Silver Palm Villa and the hustle and bustle of the Atlantis resort was striking, and so we know we have to return to Exuma.
