Guest Access
The studio is completely private—you’ll have access to your own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. You won’t be sharing any spaces with others.

You’ll receive a key upon arrival.
There’s 24/7 access, so you can come and go at any time, with no restrictions. Parking is available nearby. Free parking is within walking distance.

Please note: This studio is located on the first floor, and you’ll need to climb a flight of stairs to reach it.

Electricity usage is billed via Pagatinu (not included)

Please note: electricity usage is not included in the price. The studio is equipped with a Pagatinu device, a widely used system in Curaçao that allows you to top up your electricity in advance (prepaid).

Upon arrival, an initial credit balance is provided so you have electricity right away. During your stay, you can easily top up your credit yourself. Sales locations:

💡This system helps you manage your own usage. So you only pay for what you actually use.

On average, guests use between 10 and 15 XCG per day, depending on their use of air conditioning, the refrigerator, and other electrical appliances.
