«The treadmill in the gym was out of order. But one desk clerk in particular went out of the way to solve a reservation problem for us, which was extremely helpful.
Our room was clean and comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. The mini-fridge had a freezer compartment, which was helpful. »

«Property was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great! Food was very good and dining area kept very clean! My only issue was at check in.. I walked in and there were two clerks dealing with other people. Understandable, but there were 3 people ahead of me with issues. Neither clerk acknowledged me or greeted me when I walked in.
