Treetop Escapes is a treehouse community located in the heart of Lookout Mountain in Georgia. The Dreams of Spring at Magnolia Treehouse is one the newest addition to Treetop Escapes and we cannot wait for you to visit!

At Dreams of Spring at Magnolia Treehouse you will find a captivating short-term vacation rental that blends outdoor adventure with modern comfort. The lower level boasts a beautiful living area, a well-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher, a private bedroom with a pristine full bathroom, a laundry room, and ample storage space. Ascend to the upper level and loft, where you'll discover two more inviting bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, tree net, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the loft area.

Other features that you will find when visiting the treehouse; HVAC for heat and air, WiFi, coffee machine, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill, & a private hot tub!

By booking a Treetop Escapes vacation, you will have access to Paradise Pointe. Paradise Pointe is a community resort at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA located in Bryant, AL. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. 18 rentals at Paradise Pointe share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun! Paradise Pointe is approximately 30 minutes from Treetop Escapes.

As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.

If you would like to use the grill or fire-pit  during your stay, please bring charcoal, wood, and fire starters.

This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking.
We provide regular pest control at our properties; however, because some of our homes are located in rural settings, guests may still encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.

On the first night of your stay please allow for up to 3 hours for the hot tub to fully heat the water.

Exterior security cameras are in use. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we encourage and request all guests to review our house rules before completing their booking. Great experience here. Far enough out of town for the quiet retreat we were looking for but close enough to attractions to drive daily. Privacy of the surrounding trees and tucked away. Was located directly below a hang gliding business. We enjoyed watching them. If you go toward Chattanooga, turn right at the stop sign a few miles away, drive about 3/4 mile to see the perfect overlook of the valley. It’s the road above the cabin. A must see.

Excellent !

Wonderful place very private. Loved the fire pit area & hot tub for relaxing at night. Could use a few new skillets for cooking. Also, there was a table outside that we would have liked to eat breakfast & drank our coffee in the mornings but there was only 3 chairs. Other than that perfect stay & would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

We loved this house and would definitely stay again. The house was super clean and exactly as described. The kids loved the net and sleeping loft. Excellent views and so many places to gather with the family: s’mores at fire pit, watch the sunset under the pergola, games at the dining table, or just watching tv in the living room. The location was perfect we didn’t have to drive more than 30 minutes for everything we wanted to do. We had a great time and really enjoyed this home. A couple of minor things I would suggest, a panty or some shelving for guests to use in the kitchen. We brought a lot of snacks and food for our family of 8 and had nowhere to put it. Extra towels, especially for the hot tub. A key/bag/coat hook at the front door. These were just a couple of minor inconveniences they would not prevent us from staying here again. Loved it!

Great stay

We loved the cabin. Everything was clean, we had plenty of towels, check in and check out process were easy, and the management company was very responsive. The cabin is in a little town so there are not local conveniences but they are a short drive about 20 mins away. Our group consisted of two families and we had plenty of space. The cabin is well designed, everyone enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the giant net.

Love the cabin but my only recommendation is about the tap water it doesn’t had pressure on the shower, if you can fix it will be an excellent stay for any person that love tranquility and nature

Great experience overall. A few points of feedback:- trash bins were nearly full upon arrival. Within the first day they were completely full with no room to place additional bags within the provided bins. At no point during our stay was the trash collected. Suggest the bins are emptied after each reservation, or provide options for a central dumpster. - Suggest adding curtains to the upstairs bedroom windows- Suggest adding outdoor string lights underneath the house. Other houses had these lights and we would have enjoyed it even more if there was some decorative lighting under the house. We used this often as a play space.

Beautiful Getaway

The property inside and out was amazing and a perfect getaway. The peoperty is much larger than expected. We did have a slight hiccup with the hot tub upon areival but the management company swiftly came in to help and was easy to contact very supportave. It was not enought of a problem to not leave 5 stars. Cannot wait to book again.

So unique the kids loves it

This is such a cool stay. The 2nd floor has a section where the floor is bungee cord and you can see down to the first floor and the kids loved walking and rolling on it. There's a cool little loft that you climb a ladder to get to and it was the kids hideaway. The adults loved the hot tub. Shower pressure and temp are important to me and both were great. The master has a steam shower which was so relaxing. All the beds were comfy which isn't always the case in short stay rentals and the view was amazing. We will be back

Unique cabin on a mountain

This was truly a unique stay! Communication with property manager was excellent - resolved our one issue in less than 30 min. Cabin was as advertised. Beautiful area and plenty of room for the kids. Our only complaint was the extreme nature of the access to the property. The roads are very narrow and have an extreme slop. They are loose gravel in most places. Parking and turning around at the property was a challenge. If it rains, two-wheel drive vehicles may not be able to get back up the hill to exit. We considered the challenging roads to be part of the experience, but owner should caution potential guests in the property description. Unfortunately, due to the challenging access, we will look for other properties for our next visit to the area.

Fun amenities and beautiful views!

We loved the fun “treehouse” vibes including a cargo net the kids could play on between the first and second floors, and a third-level loft. Plenty of space for our family of four; two families could comfortably stay here as there are a couple of sleeping areas for the kids along with the two main bedrooms. We also took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit while enjoying the gorgeous views!

Feels like you are far away from the hustle and bustle of the cities but the location is not too far from Chattanooga. Relaxing evenings with lots to do during the day.
