Lovely 3 BR 2 Bath Condo located in a family-oriented neighborhood on the 1st floor with 2 Private Decks and full yard, shared with 2nd floor neighbors, for BBQ. Off street parking for two cars in driveway. Your beach getaway will accommodate 8 Guests comfortably and is pet friendly. Linens are provided at no addl. cost. Additionally, you will have a fully stocked eat in kitchen, with coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven. If you don't feel like cooking, there are many restaurants within a few blocks; The Wharf, Mudhen Brewery, The Dog tooth, Santorini's, The Waterfront, The Boathouse, Mulligans, to name a few. Though it is only a 10-minute walk, a complimentary parking pass is provided should you care to park closer to boardwalk. Weekly rentals available along with discounts for longer stays. We ask that the primary occupant is 25 years or older and that maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests.

Fantastic place

The photos fo not do it justice. The place is clean fresh and comfortable. Plenty of room and the 2 porches are the best. We had a fantastic time and plan to be back next year.

5 Star stay!

We were hoping the home we saw in the pictures would be as good in person. Our expectations were certainly met.. The home was terrific. The amenities were plentiful, as if it was your own home (or better). Plenty of room inside and out. Good location, and quiet neighborhood. The hosts Laura and Scott couldn’t have been more accommodating! Highly recommended.

Nice vacation

It's a nice place and we had a nice time. Our second year booking this house. Wish we would have checked the outside grill before buying ribs, hot dogs. Chicken and burgers. The grill was destroyed from previous renters who lit it on fire. It was left scattered across the cooking area. Called Laura our contact about needing a grill and a $50 refund was given (Did not ask for a refund, we wanted to grill). Check the grill and look around before making eating plans. Landlords are out of state and unable to fix problems like this. Not sure they realize how tenants depend on a grill to feed a family in the summer. Spent way more than $50 for alternatives.

Dream escape

This property was clean, well decorated, had everything we needed for our stay, including extra surprises like a small library of books, a great grass area for our small dogs and two beautiful porches. It was very close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and not too far from other gems like Cape May. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to rent it next summer! The property owners were very helpful and quick to answer any questions. A great experience! :)

Exceptional!

We enjoyed a wonderful two week vacation here in Wildwood with our family of 5. The house was extremely clean, organized, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We absolutely loved the location with nearby restaurants, live bands, Wawa, etc. all within walking distance. We will certainly return for future stays!

Great stay in a quiet corner of Wildwood

The place was much larger than expected. The hosts were both thoughtful and responsive to any questions. We took full advantage of the included parking pass - Wildwood was empty because it was the last weekend in September and we were able to get parking in the beach block whenever we wanted. The beds are very firm. The neighborhood is quiet. It was really lovely.

A Wonderful Beach Home!

We had an amazing timing staying in this beautiful home. The place was immaculate! The owners have really thought of everything. You can tell a lot of thought went into the use of the home. We felt so comfortable. The place has two beautiful porches to relax on. The kitchen is well-appointed. It’s a very short walk to many restaurants and about 10 to 15 minutes to the boardwalk and the beach. It’s great to have off street parking. The parking pass was a huge bonus for us! We used it to save a lot of money. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back to Wildwood and stay here again in the future.

Great property and Communicatiom

We were very happy with our stay from the time we arrived to the time we left. We had some questions for the host while there and the response time was very timely. We enjoyed the amenities that were provided as well as all the small touches to make us feel at home. My children both asked if we could stay longer at "our condo" and if we could return next year. Excellent Wildwood Stay

Our week in Wildwood at this property was excellent. The host is among the most professional whom I have encountered. Communications were always helpful and prompt. The property was exactly as listed, off street parking, and easy entry/access via a code. The property has been updated with nice showers and there's television access in the main living space and one of the bedrooms. There are also some amenities provided that added to the convenience (towels, laundry, and even soap). It is also easy walking distance to a WaWa and several restaurants including the Mudhen Brewpub. It is also close to the bay. We definitely recommend it and plan to return. The Gainor Family

Last hurrah of the summer

We had a nice extended weekend at the end of the summer staying at this property. It was centrally located, very clean and quiet, and gave us a nice last hurrah of the summer. The owners were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us enjoy an area we had never been to previously. All in all a great stay!

A wonderful experience start to finish

My family and I had an excellent experience renting here! The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, the house was well furnished and clean. Located in a lovely neighborhood, we enjoyed both the friendly neighbors and being able to easily get everywhere. I would definitely rent here again and highly recommend the property!

Excellent Property

This is one of our most favorite vacation home in Wildwood. Great location, everything is in walking distance and the property is extremely clean, very well maintained with all the details. The house is very well maintained and furnished with all the details that someone may need while in vacation. There was a surprise welcome gift and the kitty had all the spices you can imagine. There are some good restaurants in walking distance including the beach and boardwalk. Definitely recommend this place and will be looking forward to our next stay in Wildwood at the same house.

Great home, quiet location

My family stayed in the home for a week and we loved it. Quiet street, friendly neighbors and relaxing vacation. The first floor is very spacious, updated and has a front and back porch that we used every day. The house had everything we could possibly need, only ran to the supermarket for food. Very clean property, very organized, on a very quiet street with super nice neighbors. Definitely recommend this home for a stay.
