Hoteller nær Wignacourt-tårnet

«Veldig bra»

«They couldn't find my booking, and I had to wait for almost 2.5 hours and then ended up paying for the night. I had to wake up early and got a refund for the first night after 2 days. I had to ask for compensation so they upgraded my room. After being in the room, I observed several bugs. Some of the staff was also rude.»

«The main problem was the temperature in the room. It was impossible to control the AC individually, and with only a ceiling fan available, the room felt like a constant sauna. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it very difficult to breathe and nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we experienced an issue after our room was cleaned. We had been explicitly instructed to leave the power card in the slot at all times so the ceiling fan could run. However, when we ...

«Nice and clean. Good breakfast. »

«The view from my room was wonderful. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel website clearly stipulated 24hr free shuttle from the airport but it was never the case . I had to pay for private transfer. It’s misleading clients. Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t working properly as there was no pressure and the shower door was broken. I couldn’t watch TV as the plug didn’t fit in the socket. The Floor was stained and not mopped well. Breakfast was minimal and on most days there was ...

«I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience. There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised. Communication was also poor. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses when I needed assistance, which made the experience more frustrating. Although I understand that problems can sometimes occur, I would ...
