"We arrived early and only intended to store our luggage, but the staff was incredibly helpful and managed to check us in right away. The hotel has an older, classic style and could probably use a minor update. Breakfast was decent, offering sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, juice, and coffee. While the selection of toppings and spreads wasn't the largest, it was more than enough for me. Ultimately, the most important things for me are clean rooms and polite, helpful staff—and they definitely delivered on both."

"What an amazing hotel! It really made our trip to Kraków even better. The location was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and our room was absolutely beautiful. We were also really impressed by how quiet it was. Even though there is plenty of nightlife nearby, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside at all. The only small thing worth mentioning is that we could hear the guests staying above us walking around quite early in the morning, around 7 am. But that’s obviously not really the hotel’s fault and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. We absolutely loved staying here and would happily come back. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family!"
